I ordered a tee shirt in my normal size but when I received it the shirt was too small. I contacted customer service to get a replacement or refund ( the shirt cost me $38). They told me that the shirt and size was what I ordered so they wouldn't replace it or refund my money. I asked again what the problem with replacing my shirt for a different size was and they just said I got what I ordered. When I asked if they were just gonna steal my money since I didn't have a shirt I could wear, they never responded again to any of my emails.

I ordered a shirt for my mother in law for Christmas on 12/9 and it's not going to show up on time. Tried contacting company but no response. Item just now shipped out 11 days after I placed my order. I'm disappointed in the lack of communication, time it took to process the order and not being informed ahead of time it would take that long to process. Shouldn't take 3 weeks to get a shirt, especially if I'm having to pay for shipping. Will never do business with this company ever again and will definitely not recommend.
