Bought a beautiful corset - ivory with roses around the top - for my wedding. Was too small but it was exchanged and sent back to me within 2 days and with NO hassle. Have bought other corsets too and always great quality and value for money. Highly recommend.
I bought my wife three corsets. First all three turned up in good time. Second the quality was very good. Each fits perfectly and she tells me feels very comfortable. She looks fabulous wearing them. We regularly check the site for new corsets. Look them up.

I've purchased many Corsets from Corset Story and have loved every single one of them. Their customer service is brilliant, and always ready to reply with relevant information. I have, in the past, purchased from other stores, but there is nothing like the tailoring in the corsets, dresses from Corset Story. I've read other reviews here and I've been ordering from Corset Story for years and don't recognise the company that is described by an other reviewer. I've checked it out and it looks far inferior to the product from Corset Story.
Had many corsets from here, never had a problem with deliveries, quality or returns(my fault, cant measure right!) if the items ordered are out of stock, they contact you and will either refund you or let you change your order if that is what you want. Always the first place I look for corsetry!

I've ordered several corsets from corset-story. Their sales are fabulous, their customer service is excellent, and the return policy also excellent. I have had it happen that a corset didn't arrive, but was refunded the cost, no questions asked. Likewise when they ran out of stock of a particular sale corset - they refunded my money, and I was able to order something else without a problem.
I only knocked down one star, because I've had one of my more expensive corset's buckle-thing break after the second time putting it on. They asked if I would like to send it back or would like some instore credit, which was awesome. I've also had a cheaper corset I bought lose a clasp. A friend of mine also bought a steampunk corset from them, and the zipper broke. The product is beautiful, but sometimes not very sturdy. I recommend waiting for their sales.
