Free returns and replacements. Quick. Bought wrong sizes and they cheerfully and quickly sent the right ones. No cost to me. Plus a 5 for 1 deal is hard to beat!

Best for curvy girls, but everyone looks better in a corset.

I ordered on March 6th with 1 pre-order. They hold your entire order, if it includes a pre-order, until complete--per time of order this was to be March 30th. To date, April 4th, the item was put back "in stock" and is now back in "pre-order" for May.

MY ORDER WAS SKIPPED/NOT SHIPPED IN THIS PROCESS AND THE ONLY "CUSTOMER CARE" HAS BEEN TWO OF THE SAME FORM LETTERS WHICH BLATANTLY MISREPRESENT THEIR "PROCESS," MAKE EXCUSES, AND OFFERS NO SOLID SOLUTIONS (EXCEPT A REFUND THAT DOES NOTHING TO COVER INTEREST PAID OR OTHER DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE MERCHANDISE THEY HAVE HELD FOR A MONTH--MY PART OF THE TRANSACTION "PAID IN FULL."

I own 4 corsets from Corset Story (3 overbust, one underbust) that I bought last summer and I couldn't be happier about my purchases! The corsets all look exactly as pictured online. If you order the correct size, which is easy with their sizing guides, your corsets should fit great. I am not busty so didn't expect my corsets to give me that push up cleavage look, but I still feel incredibly sexy and confident when I'm wearing them. These were my first corsets and I found them easy enough to put on and take off. I will definitely be ordering from Corset Story again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Their customer service is amazing too! When placing my original order, I accidentally ordered the wrong corset. When I emailed them asking if it could be fixed since I'd already paid for the order and they corrected the item to the corset I actually wanted and it added no confusion and no additional time to my delivery date. I'd like to add that two of the corsets were on backorder so it took a couple weeks longer then normal, but it was explained to me and I was kept updated and it really was no issue at all! 10/10 on the corsets design and quality, ordering process, and customer service.

I've owned a few of these corsets over the years and the quality and workmanship is always second to none. They are beautifully designs and made, and the website gives all the information for finding the right fit corset for you, from a fashion corset to a serious steel boned corset. Just makes sure to do your research and understand the info to make the right purchase for you. If you aren't sure, drop them a message and they can advise the best suited

I would not waste my time or money.

I ordered 4 corsets that were supposed to be delivered but never received the package.

They have horrible customer service!

Not getting any assistance from corset-story. They take 24 hours to respond and a week has gone by without them even offering a solution.

All their emails state "we are waiting for DHL to respond" while they do nothing to help me.

Called DHL 5 times myself and the said that the package is lost and to call the shipper for a resolution. That was 5 days ago.

Told all of this corsets-story but they do nothing about it. Said I have to wait until its found by DHL. TOTAL CRAP! Horrible experience, horrible customer service.

If you buy you might have the same problem if you live in the USA.

I would try timeless trends or orchard corsets.

Do not buy from them.

I got this corset a few weeks back and have been wearing it off and on since, It's lovely and holds me in all the right places, fits well.

Excellent customer service, for price point the corsets are excellent quality, lovely designs and details and range. For the cost the corsets are very good if you choose a steel boned item. The fashion items are pretty tops, but won't compress you much as stated on the site. With my corset I laced into it slowly, as I got used to corset wearing again and have had no problems. Be sensible, stretch when you aren't in your corset and don't try to massively reduce your waist instantly. Take your measurements and consider your own shape and there should be less of an issue with fit - I am quite curvy at the hip and do not fit some of the underbust styles - the flared hip styles were lovely. Anytime I needed a change or adjustment to my order I had a prompt and helpful reply in 24 hours or less. I was really surprised because I am used to middling to awful customer service from online purchasing. Corset story have outstanding customer service. Corsets arrived really quickly and returns were easy. There are often sales or closeouts of left over sizes/old styles - this isn't a bad thing or proof the corsets are cheap - it's a sign of a thriving retail business with excellent stock management and a good grasp of logistics.

I have been a professional Dominatrix for the past 14 years. I own literally 10 of this companies corsets. Mostly the longer brocade Victorian cut. All are steel boned, lined with steel busk closures and heavy laces in the closure. I have worn Corset Story corsets hundreds of times. In my professional sessions and out in public as 'going out tonight' outfits. I cannot recommend this company and its products highly enough!
