What a fantastic company, great price for pens and such a brilliant selection, I have ordered several things from this site and all delivered very quick and well packaged.
I have contacted them a few times for various help and they are really friendly and helpful even if an item is not purchased from them they will still give you advice. I had one delivery of ink damaged (I sent photo's) and they immediately sent another bottle out with a free gift.
I cannot fault this site, people are absolutely lovely and helpful.
I would use this site even if the item was a little more expensive because they are so good and i just know i can trust them.
Easy website to negotiate (and I have fought with many over the years) - can always find what I want and pay for it easily without setting up and immediately forgetting an account. Good communication and speedy delivery make up a superb all-round service. I just need more money!
