I ordered a company challenge coin back in 2017 and needed to reorder the same coin. I reached out to them and they had the artwork saved, great price and super easy to order.

This is the 3rd total order. (1 initial and now the 2nd reorder) The design process was very east. The proofs are accurate and the shipping as prompt as can be expected. The coins themselves are excellent and very well received by those receiving them.

They have been extremely professional and great at communication. The design team has made excellent proofs and been able to tweak the design with amazing detail. When the order was being placed and the online portal declined my card, I made a phone call and they were able to place the order easily from their end.

Very polite, and answered all my questions. I asked to change a color on the coin, and had the new proof right away. I have called and talked with Berry a couple times and he is very professional. We will absolutely be doing business again in the future.
