It was fast and easy
I ordered a custom controller as a Christmas gift for my son. Can you imagine your child going to the mailbox weekly looking for a long awaited Christmas gift to find it not be there for weeks on end? I call weekly and have spoken with a representative to be promised it would be mailed and still no controller. When you call be prepared to talk to hear an automated system. I finally was able to speak with a person to be promised the controller and yet it still has not been received. On top of that I was charged an additional fee on my credit card that I did not agree to. I will strongly encourage you to not do business with this company.
It's a little pricey, but I hope its worth it.

The controller's rapid fire does not work correctly
Problem with going through PayPal, said I was going to an unsecured page. Had to back out and use my credit card.

I did not receive my order in the 2 day period I paid for. I did not receive this item until Dec.26 :( How can I be reimbursed for this?

Unfortunately the product did not get on time as it was promised. Supposed to arrive by Dec 24,2015 and arrived on the 28. Very unhappy about it.
I didn't like that when I picked Paypal it went to my Paypal account first and then came back to the shipping. This is the ONLY site I know that does this. Makes me feel like I will be billed 2x. I will be checking.
Billing ended up OK just a weird system. Wasn't given a true shipping date so came after Christmas which was a bummer for an 18yo sitting around not opening presents. Lol.
