I was just browsing the website not really looking to buy anything then I came across the BO3 Limited Edition XB1 controller and bought it. Once I received it I was in awe, It was beautiful and great quality for the price.
It's great I love them wish I can get vanossgamings custom controller though
Everything was great! I found out VanossGaming was discontinuing his controllers soon so I decided to get the ones I wanted immediately. They're pretty pricey, but there was a "daily deal" on his xbox 360 controllers. I bought 1 360 and 1 ps3 controller and with his promo code my total was about $181. Not too bad. I got the confirmation email for both orders almost immediately. I was told my controllers would ship in 2-3 weeks. That was far from the truth. They actually shipped within the first week and they arrived really soon after. I'm 100% satisfied with everything and the controllers work great! I love that in the package they leave a paper with contact info. If I had had any issues it'd be super easy to get ahold of someone.
I contacted customcontrollerz reference a broken controller and an excess delivery chargeThey contacted me straight away and said they would reimburse charge and send new controller. I am impressed and wait in anticipation for controller to arrive.
Controller was easy to order and the shipping was faster than I expected
A little overwhelming with all the options at first but very pleased with the processing and delivery time. It's a Christmas gift so I can't comment about the product itself until later.
Ordered a controller around the Holidays last year, sent a couple emails at first no response. Finally got a email and phone call back from Collin who went above and beyond to ensure my controller was delivered. Collin also upgraded my shipping to Express free of charge. Will order again, before the holiday rush!
SUCKS SUCKS! I ORDERED IT WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS NOW ITS VALENTINES DAY AND STILL NO CONTROLLER! YOU CANT SPEAK WITH ANYONE ONLY EMAILS STATING THEY ARE SHIPPING IT TODAY. BUT STILL NOTHING. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME UNLESS YOU LIKE THE FRUSTRATION.

I bought my customized controller from Custom Controllerzz as a birthday gift and couldn't of been happier with the product! I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Fast delivery too, got the controller before my birthday! Will order again.

They suck DONT get a custom controller here it took 2 months to ship then 2 weeks to get to my house after it shipped I paid to get it the day after i orders it then when I finally did get it, it's not proporly assembled
My friend brought his son a 'modded' controller from these people for about 200USD. (Yeah 200 for a rapid fire controller should of been alarm enough)
What he received looks like generic chinese controller you can buy on ebay for $5-$15 as shown in attached image.
No rapid fire mod as promised, as you can see no switches or buttons to activate such a mod just the generic buttons, he contacted the company basically told read the manual, no manual, so they sent him the manual, and it's useless, why? Because even a manual will not provide info on that which does not exist. E. g it refers to non existent rapid fire button.
My advice is avoid this company, and if you buy your kid or self a controller with features like rapid fire, it should be built in at the factory of manufacture and should cost no more than $60.
My advice for him is get a refund via paypal or his credit card company. This 'read the manual' response is all too familiar with reviews of scam sites.
Hell I brought a fully programmable Datel controller for my Xbox 360 with an LCD screen in it and it only cost me $35AUD including postage.
That alone should say something about this company and their pricing.
Just got a feeling sending it back and asking them for a refund he will just get more of a run around. This review is done by me and not him, it is my own personal opinions.
