I made my own logo for my call of duty advanced warfare for my clan i ordered some but they said it was copyright they didn't even give me a refund this website is horrible
Had the worst experience ever with their copyright review team. Tried to get shirts printed with a portrait of me on them and spent two weeks trying to get them to print my portrait on a shirt. In the end, they still refused, even though I provided them with the artist approval to use the portrait and the original photo from which the portrait was made to prove it was indeed me in the portrait. To make matters worse, the whole review was delayed at the start until I was close to the event for which I needed them, which made it impossible to line up another vendor in the short remaining time without paying a lot more for expediting. In the end, I had to cancel the order and disappoint the 50 people to whom I promised them as gifts. They did a brilliant job last year on an almost identical job. I'm not sure what's changed at the company, but I will never use CustomInk again.
My biggest gripe about their service is that they string you along when there are problems until you have no option to take your business elsewhere without paying hefty expedite fees. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!
One additional comment... customers like me that aborted their orders out of frustration with this company don't get to post feedback on their website, so their customer satisfaction statistics omit the truly displeased customers that just outright cancelled their orders.

I think they spend more time checking your design than anything. I swear I think they spend a week making sure your design is ok
I LOVE this company! Their customer service ROCKS. The reps are both helpful and cheerful. The orders arrive just as order and very quickly. They are a pleasure to do business with.
When I designed a shirt and submitted it, I did not read the guidelines and tried to use celebrity pictures. Which they do not do. However, a representative from Custom Ink emailed me right away and told me that would be the case and allowed me to cancel my order and get a full refund with no problem at all.
I've used this company a few times. The items arrive in mint condition, in a timely manner, and customer service is tops! I highly recommend this company when looking to design your own shirts!
After a horrible experience with another online t-shirt company ( OH OH is my hint), I am very impressed by this place. Easy ordering. Super customer service. Had some special requests and questions about my logo and shirt and they responded right away, understand what they are doing and saying and got it all perfect. They cost more than the place that was a disaster but are not overpriced considering they get it right and have stellar customer service. Fast turnaround and free shipping too. These guys are on the ball!

I was actually very pleased with my original product. The order was fulfilled very quickly, the design was perfect and the colors bold and vibrant. There were a couple tiny ink bleed stains in two places on the shirt. I was perfectly happy with this product despite the small imperfections, but I filled out a customer survey and mentioned the stains. Within an hour I received a personalized response (yes an actual person) and they let me know that they would be sending out a replacement as soon as possible. I hadn't even requested this. Needless to say, I was already pleased but now I am extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone. The product is great and the customer service goes beyond great!
I ordered one sweater from custom ink and the first time they sent it it was the wrong size. I immediately sent it back for the right size and when they sent it back it was the right size but the writing was misspelled. On my final attempt at getting my sweater they said I would have it in four to five business days, not the case at all. I assume most people order more than one thing from custom ink at a time but if they can't even get one sweater right why waste time on for example twenty t-shirts?
This site is so great! You can make custom shirts. You can add logos and designs appropriate to your needs. This site is legit, and they have great products. I have been very satisfied with my purchases from this company.
I have had many experiences with this site and it is extremely good. It's very easy to make custom clothes and there is a ton of variety on what products you can use.
Very good communication and reliable i have ordered 2 shirts from this site and have never recieved any problems.The only thing is there are limited customizations to the shirt but over all very good.
