I ordered custom cups for a marketing campaign for my small business. I had used Custom Ink previously for my company shirts and was satisfied. I ordered 800 cups with my design. When I received the cups the design could be scratched off with my fingernail. I contacted Custom Ink and sent the cups back. I received the next batch of cups and a warning card came with the cups that the cups should NEVER be placed in a dishwasher. I placed a few cups in the dishwasher and the writing and logo partially washed off! I called the Custom Ink rep and he stated that the web site informs customers that the cups are not dishwasher safe. I stated that the web site says "hand washing recommended." He said that there is nothing he can do unless there is a design defect. Since I was "warned" about washing the cups in the dishwasher, it was MY fault. They would happily return 20% of my money to me. But that is all they would do. I have yet to receive the 20% back and it has been two months. I was counting on these cups for my small business to get it launched in neighborhoods. My advertising budget is now used up thanks to Custom Ink with cups I cannot even use to advertise with. Custom Ink does not posses corporate social responsibility nor ethics when dealing with their customers.
So I ordered some shirts with my custom logo on them received the shirt with sticky residue on them. The image wasn't screen printed it was digitally printed on. I reached out to customer service "Give them a wash they said". Funny thing that was just sample run of 5 I planned on ordering 250 am I supposed to wash all those as well. What a joke wish I could put pics so everyone could see the disaster.
They're prices are high if you actually price locally, not to mention their quality control is a joke! First time i ordered from them my order was perfect. White Shirts broke in great, and the graphix held up amazingly for several years! 2nd order not so much... shirts themselves wore in fine but the graphix all cracked and faded just ONE YEAR later. Sent a sample of both shirts back to them and they claim nothin is wrong. BULL$#*!! If you r buying for your business STAY AWAY FROM CUSTOMINK, cuz you never know what youll get

Our company had short notice for a venue we could wear group t shirts for advertisement and not only did custom ink do what they said they would they totally superceeded all expectation. They sped up our arrival so it could get to us on time. They completely edited our templates better than we had anticipated. And they made sure to keep in contact with us during the entire process! And they did this all from Tuesday to Friday! Beyond impressed. Will totally use again. And tell all our friends!
They are a little bit like the guy in Baghdad who kept saying that the Iraqi forces would win as the US surrounded the city and his own army fled.
They promise they will call. They promise they will meet the delivery deadline you paid extra for. They promise that they have an expert staff--until they don't. Had to cancel order.
I am unhappy with the quality of these shirts. I ordered one for myself and one for my daughter for a race we were in. Print was ok, looked very faded. I put one in the dryer for a couple minutes to soften it up a bit, and the bottom hem has already unraveled around the whole shirt. I haven't even washed/dried mine yet, wore it once, and the shoulder stitching is already unraveling. Very poor quality of shirt, and too costly for the material provided. Don't think I'll order in the future.

They should really have an option on the website to explain how the website works. Explanations not clear, made things more confusing, and really pricey. I set up a group order form and they said the price is going o fluctuate if people don't order the minimum amount you put in, I put twelve, I thought that the people paying would get a fluctuating price range, but mean while at the end only 10 people ordered and they sent me a bill of $20. The only thing that is good about this site is the costumer call service.

There is an option to upload your own images to use on the shirts, HOWEVER, not a realistic option unless you have proof that you bought the design, so that is out of the window. They give you the chance to redo the shirts with their designs, but everything in their gallery looks like a child has drawn it. Also, you can order both youth and adult sizes, yet they want $50 more to print on the youth size shirt, THERE WAS ONLY ONE! Custom Ink is crap!

I dont usually do reviews but CustomInk has really amazed me! I designed online but had to call in to pay as I was using two payment methods-Clint assisted me with that and did a quality check in the process. I received emails every step of the way and got my shirts once day sooner than the promised date ( I paid for rush shipping). The quality is good, the print job is good- just all around I would recommend them to anyone looking for shirts!
I just received my shirt order and although the printing was fine, the main color of my church logo was not the right color. The main color in the design is purple and it came out looking faded. I am very disappointed because I planned on ordering a big shipment of these shirts for my church if I was pleased with the 5 I paid for.

I paid 15 extra dollars for 3 day shipping because I desperately needed this shirt for an event. I received the shirt in 5 days. NOT 3 LIKE I PAID FOR. The shirt isn't great quality either. Don't use this company. There's better ones out there! I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of time because it looks like many people haven't been satisfied with this company!

I ordered 2 shirts with the same image on a Hanes tag less tshirt. The tshirt was bad quality, not like a tshirt you would buy in a store. The image was a digital image and looked blurry, around the image was residue from the process and it looked very bad. Overall it's not a shirt I would wear. Order #T-*******

I needed a very simple number font customization for a set of jerseys. I had a template I offered to send, the best they could do is 2" numbers. That is a joke. This isn't my first time going through custom ink but it might have been my last.

They were very helpful and even though the were dealing with a child-like person they still made my design perfect. I was using booster for my charity and Matt Blanchard from custom ink helped me out really fast. I raised a lot of money. Thank you custom ink.

I am not satisfied at all. I ordered an individual tee. I wasn't aware that it would be digitally printed. Sucked. I hate the quality and the colors aren't even correct. Will never order from them again. I wanted a Screen Printed shirt.

This was my first time using CustomInk., and I am definitely impressed! The website was easy to navigate, and the actual shirt designing part was a breeze. We paid for normal shipping, however the first shirt arrived 13 days before it was expected to. The second shirt is ahead of schedule as well. The only downside to my purchase was the shirt size. The shirt ran smaller than I had pictured by about an inch. (The brand I had ordered was Gildan Ultra Cotton) Other than that, the shirt was perfect. The writing was not tilted or messed up in any way, and the colors ran true to what they looked like online. Overall, I would absolutely recommend CustomInk to anyone who asked.
If I could put zero stars I would. They would not approve printing of the design when all the group order customers paid their money and it's been sitting in custom inks bank for 2 weeks now. If they were not going to allow the printing then they should have done a review before the order went live. A very bad business and I will definitely not be using them in the future.
