Was nervous about my order due to other reviews. Saw the horror stories of them showing up late, damaged, missing products (tpms, lug nuts, accessories). My wheels/tires showed up 3 days early. And with no damage or missing pieces. The TPMS were installed and linked right up to my 4th gen ram 1500 without any issues. Was super stoked for it all to work out perfectly when the reviews made me question it. I will definitely be recommending them to people due to my positive experience.
Ordered wheels through a sales representative over the phone, he confirmed they fit a stock 20 ram Rebel. I get the wheels swapped out and soon as I pull away it rubs and tears my fenders. I tried to return the wheels next morning. They said nope can't help you, and tried to sell me on a suspension kit. I'm out $1,500 plus and a torn up front end. They're stating it's my fault that the standard tire size was not brought up? I gave all the info asked about my vehicle. These guys are trash.
I quickly shot off a negative review after a bad interaction with their company. They responded quickly and took care of the issue as best they could. Impressive considering they didn't have to do what they did as the issue wasn't their fault. I will buy from here again.

For all you who feel that wheels don't make a big difference in your ride your wrong. Zack is a plus in my book he took alot of time and effort with my purchase. This is my second set of rims for my jeep and I feel it's not my last. I highly recommend custom offset to everyone ty so much

I bought vision rims with bfgoodrich ko2 tires. They were installed on the truck and vibrated very badly. I contacted custom offset and was informed they need to be rebalanced. I had them rebalanced and the tires still vibrated. I was then informed I needed to have them road force balanced. After completing that, the tire shop informed me the tires were not able to be balanced and were defective. Custom offset informed me that it is a manufacturer issue and unable to help. Custom offset was willing to sell me another $2000 dollar set of tires and refund me the money once bfgoodrich approved the defect. I did not want to buy another set of tires and end up with 2 sets of defective tires. I ended up going to 4 tire shops until a found one willing to work with me and bfgoodrich despite me not buying the tires from them. The only thing Custom offset actually did do was reimburse me for the rebalnce of the tires they provided. I still had to pay for mounting and balancing of the new tires. This ordeal took over 30 days to correct and again Custom offset was no help. I c
If there is an issue, you are on your own. I had over 12 emails, 4 tire shops, and numerous trips to deal with this issue. The money I saved buying on line was lost with my time and effort dealing with this very stressful issue of possibly getting stuck with $2000 dollars of defective tires and a company who doesn't stand behind what they sell.
Harry - we definitely understand your frustration with your problematic/out of round tires you received and we apologize this was the case. However, we do not physically manufacturer the tires you purchased, and that was why it was recommended you work with the manufacturer directly. After all, the warranty offered is exactly that, a manufacturers warranty. Moreover, an out of round tire would be a manufacturer defect, that originated from the build quality of the tire, which is also not within our control. What we can help with is working with you to provide the manufacturer with the needed info to approve a warranty, and providing reasonable options to get you into a non problematic set of tires. Had major issues after receiving great service initially. Joey took over and got everything taken care of in a timely fashion. Before dealing with him it wasn't a good experience but he dealt with the problems I had I highly recommend going through him if you're able to.

When I ordered my wheels and tires I was told they were in stock. After they took my money the next day I see that my order is on back order. I contacted them to ask about it and they said 30 day backorder. 30 days go by and they are still on back order so I contact them again and they said till be an additional 30 day backorder. So I'm still sitting here waiting for a product I already paid for with no clear date when the product will even be in stock. If I was told they were on backorder when I ordered I would've went somewhere else. Will update this review if I ever receive my order or even get an update on a clear delivery or in stock date.
Update: I finally received my order and to no surprise at all 3 wheels were correct and one wheel was not correct. Now I am stuck waiting for emails back and forth trying to get this resolved. This has been a terrible experience that's just getting worse

I ordered my wheel and tire set 6/30/22. Was given a guaranty delivery date of 7/18/22. Here is how things went from there.
7/13/22 Called to get an order update (get it, I called) was told everything is fine. I asked you're getting my wheel and tire set to me by 7/18/22. The person on the phone replied "no, by the end of next week". So I am still good since I put a little buffer into getting my truck lifted.
7/18/22 I called to get an update. Was told they didn't have 2 of the tires in stock and they had to order them. They ordered them on 7/14/22 and they should be here in 2 days. I thought this information would be great if placed on the "Order update".
7/20/22 I call again to get an update since order still hasn't moved from from processing order. Was told they got the tires and should be preparing order.
7/21/22 get a text message at 11:30pm EST that my order is getting prepared.
7/22/22 I look online and notice my order goes from preparing back to processing. Nothing is written in the order update and at this point their customer service is closed for the day.
7/25/22 I call again to get an update because their communication skills. On this call, I am told one of the wheels are bent and they had to order another wheel. Again I ask the guy in the phone if he thinks this information is important, he says yes. Then I ask why is it not on the Order Update where they chart important information and send an email? He says we'll have to look into that.
At this point I am thinking, well at least they are good with checking orders. Wait for it
8/3/22 I received my wheel and tire set. Check everything and they are not good at checking. One tire is missing a TPMS and has scratches as you can see in the photo.
So if you are going to order from Custom Offsets don't expect them to communicate. The date they say they will get your order to you is false.

Addition to review. 8/3/22 received my wheels and noticed scratches on the inside and 1 wheel/tire was different. Me thinking that since the only job custom offset had to do 1 out of 4 was ok. Boy was I wrong. Is was 3 out of 4 wrong. I called and was emailed by one of their reps. That's where I found out the mistake. Was told they would give me $30 for each wheel/tire I had to get fix. My bill $243.32 to get their mistake fixed. Because of their mistake I lost the balance beads and there is $149 down the drain. So by their math I am $300 out of of pocket because of their f up.
So again. If you want to risk doing business, be warned.

I've been using tires from this site for a few years now. I love them. They look great and are pretty reliable. Sadly my alinement ended up ruining two of my tires so I ordered two more. I got them within a week. It was nuts! Great service, great tires, and lastly great delivery times!

I enjoy the web navigation for selecting specific vehicle wheels and tires as well as the gallery to get a preview of what a specific package will look like on my vehicle. Ordering and delivery are simple, although, the carrier decided to cross the country several times with my tires before delivering, I still received them in an acceptable amount of time, meaning the CO team packaged and got them out the door in a rapid fashion. I would ask that CO continually compare and meet/beat rates from other websites (discount tire, and others) to give me the piece of mind when buying from CO without shopping around. CO may already do this, but my next order I will be comparing prices, so please stay ahead of the competition. Price and service are the name of the game, but Price usually beats service so... stay competitive.

I have a hard time choosing that's just me. There was a lot of choices available and I appreciate that you can look through the gallery to see what the wheels tires and lifts look like on real life vehicles. That's something that you don't see at most online shops. My only issue was that I requested that my white lettering be on the outside and it was on the inside when received. I assumed this was over looked because I'm the Tire and wheel culture now everything is blacked out. Cost me a few bucks to have them switched but still I'm satisfied. And would recommend to all for your tire and wheel needs.

Custom Offsets is by far the best, when it comes to purchasing rims and tires for your truck, this is my third set of rims and tires I have purchased from them, excellent service and excellent price and quality.

I got the wheels, they were scratched all to crap due to whomever packed them did not put them in boxes. The delivery service placed all wheels face down on the pavement. Now, it may not have been customwheels fault, it could have been all the deliver service. But it is just annoying that I have take wheels to a shop and have them take tires off and place on new wheels when they ship. So, my advice is to request that the DO NOT ship with R&L carriers.other then that, customwheels did try to make things right as fast as they could. It's just really frustrating and a let down is all. Like I said, it may not have been their fault, it could have been on R&L carriers. So, be sure to request they DO NOT ship your wheels with R&L Carriers

This type of issue just does not happen on a consistent basis, but it's certainly something we'll need to address internally with the carrier responsible.
