I am literally getting hundreds of e-mails from men every day which I am unable to open properly. The subscription was said to be $19.99 for the first month including unlimited communication. They actually charged me GBP 34.80. After three days I was asked for more money to continue. I have requested on numerous occasions to be removed from this site just to be ignored. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

dating.com is a big fake. Starting from the presentation pictures, anyone who has seen the pictures of niche stars, from areas like Eastern Europe or the Middle East, recognizes models, athletes, etc., up to the prices. Not only are they high, but the owners of the site shamelessly lie because a price is advertised in their materials, but you are charged a 30% higher price to which taxes are then added. Any attempt to discuss with them revolves around the fees. I really don't recommend it. Life is too short to get involved in online relationships on sites that have no other purpose than to collect money to invest in what they call social life 3.0, that is, social life in a virtual environment guided by algorithms.

I used this company for a few weeks. After that, I tried to cancel. Yet they refuse to allow me to cancel. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one so they would stop trying to bill me. Then they used one of their subsidiaries to try to bill me. Beware!

I have spoken to many popular members! They all say they can't talk on video, can't even exchange contact details. I have been on dating.com for over two years talking with popular members. 2 of them say we are in a real relationship and want me for real life. They both are still unwilling to exchange contact details. Won't even do Video chat! Video chats can help establish a higher level of trust and transparency in an our online relationship. Refusing to video chat or talk off of here, combined with other concerning behaviors, such as avoiding personal details, inconsistent stories, or evasiveness, that only strengthens and indicates to me and all the reviews I read that all popular members are fake and have no real interest in offline relationship. They get a free account and it is obvious they get paid to talk to vulnerable paid members like me. The hundreds of bad reviews are all over the internet saying the same thing as I am saying. It's a scam to keep up believing in a love story just to keep us buying credits and renewing membership! Money scam! Playing with our bead and hearts!

100% scam! I wish I had read and believed this reviews before I wasted so much money! The exact same experience as others explained!I found the real model on instagram though! I confronted the guy and told him to just check his direct messages to reassure me that it is him! He kept bringing up excuses because it was not really him and did not have access! Then I wrote to the real guy(a model) he blocked me since he did not know me! But this guy on the dating.com still has no clue that the real guy blocked me and is talking to me! But the website support claims that they do not hire people! It is a lie! They do hire people to rip you off! Stay away from this scam!

1-I bought 150 credits by mistake instead of 20 and since I did not need them and was not going to use them i asked for a refund! The costumer service deducted the credits and told me I will be refunded! After a week I received an email saying that they are not able to refund purchases via Apple Store! But it is not written anywhere in the site! I also paid before with another card and asked them to refund one of those instead if it really is only because they can't! Guess what! No one answered any more!
2- the guy I was talking to was tipped off by the website as soon as I wrote here and sent screenshots proving he is fake to the costumer service and without anything happening he stopped talking to me right away! Nothing happened and I kept talking to him just normally to gather more proof and we were totally fine and suddenly he just stopped replying,etc! I am even more sure! Do not fall for this website! It is all fake! Toatal scam!

This site, along with it's affiliated sites, are a true SCAM! You must purchase "credits" in order to read/respond to chat + emails which will cost you a lot of money just to find out entire profile you were communicating with is FAKE! I found NUMEROUS profiles REPORTED as "fake" directly on a website plus directly REPORTED all the fake profiles directly to Dating.com with links. Their response? They did NOTHING! Be careful if you join! You will be paying for untrustworthy site, profiles and a complete business which needs to be completely shut down. What a disgrace this company and its affiliates actually exist and continue fraud, every minute of every day.

This person user name Alvaro B. Is a fake with a fake profile on the dating.com website. I've found a number of searches based on his pictures which turns out as I suspected he is a fake person. On his profile it states he is in banking which is a complete lie. It also states he is from Barcelona, Spain which is another lie. He sent me a video to lure me into continue chatting with him in the site which turns out he is speaking in Portuguese rather than in Spanish which is his native language.
I was scammed into believing this person was actually real and wasted a lot of money chatting with this person, to find out he is actually a fake person who has no interest in connecting with anyone but instead of luring someone to continue paying currency to chat with him. I wasted money and my energy.
It's ridiculous that I have to deal with this after being a new member to the site. May 2023 less than 2 weeks. Immediately Alvaro started love booming me and talking about how he was only interested in me yet wouldn't connect with me on a real level.
This dating app is a complete scam and a waste of my time. I requested to have my my account deactivated, deleted and unsubscribe. Yet I have yet to hear back. A report has already been made to the Better Business Bureau with Alvaro B. Picture and profile information with the website URL.
I also request a full refund immediately for the time I wasted being lured into this dating app with fake profiles. I have yet to hear back. The only thing the customer service stated to me was this person is verified in which they request for ID to confirm his identification which is a complete lie. He is indeed a real person but not the person I've been chatting with.
I did an investigation search with a private investigator who confirmed Alvaro B. Is a fake profile.

It's a bloody site that rips you off. Everything you do is charged and this is somewhat unusual and freaks me out. It seems that they read your messages because if you include your contact details in your messages when you chat, the person doesn't see it or view it and then my sister got an email that she cannot exchange contact details in that platform. Meaning they read the message. So they are really gonna push you to use the site on everything until you don't have any pennies left to buy credits and most of the profiles are fake. They are like connected to this site to lure desperate people hoping to find love.

1) If the member has a button Choose Presents on the member's page, you can send a gift and attach contact details in the message that comes along
2) If the member doesn't have the first option you can exchange contact via video chat. Video chat has microphone support. You may also simply show your email and phone number on a piece of paper in front of the camera.
At the moment, we do not implement any monthly plans with unlimited access to the services. The current subscription concept involves making purchases to get credits to use the services. But a few amazing benefits come along with it.
