From start to finish the service is outstanding. Easy to apply and btain what you need. Deed arrived as scheduled and I was kept up to date with frequent emails on the progress. I have changed my name without any problems wish I had done it sooner.

I thought the service was excellent it was processed very quickly and received my certificate in the post just as quick I was very happy with the service

Very fast getting deed poll done and posted out. The only thing that wasn't as good is paying for postage. I think this should be free

I recently applied to change my son's name and it was easier than i expected to be. I then received an email confirming they were looking at the application and an email once the application was completed and the paperwork was on its way. Very impressed.

I was impressed by the service - it was quick, simple and the certificates produced have been accepted everywhere I've produced them. Provided good advice on who you need to tell about your name change. Definitely worth the money.
