Looked into using Delaware Business Incorporators to revive and get good standing for two LLCs. I don't think there's much value add for filing documents, because the SOS still mails them and you can file with SOS online directly. For good standing certificates, however, DBI is able to obtain them digitally and provide them within hours so I used them for that. Good standing was provided quickly as promised. Site was easy to use and I received the certificates in less than an hour. Would use them for this purpose again.
I had a great experience with Delaware Business Incorporators. The website was clear, ordering my package of services was easy and straightforward, and my point of contact was responsive and communicated well.
