Delhivery is one of the worst courier services I have ever come across. They never deliver on time and most of my parcels have been delayed without any proper updates or communication. Their customer support is unhelpful, and it is very frustrating to keep waiting for orders beyond the promised delivery date. I had placed my shipment for delivery in the month of May and they have been mentioning that it is in-transit for about 3 months. They kept promising the same, that you will be receiving it soon and the delay is due to operational challenges.The email response, shipment track status of the Delhivery network is not genuine.Don't ever believe it.
Finally one day they emailed out saying that the shipment has been LOST and we are extremely sorry for that.
This is my TRUE experience guys, PLZ dont ever go with this online delivery.
Absolutely Horrendous Service. There customer help line and emails are a complete joke. They keep making promises repeatedly which they can't seem to keep. They went AWOL with my package and I had to track it down to this facility and go there in person to pick it up. They do not even check if the pin code that your sending to is servicable before they accept the orders and end up returning it. Very unprofessional
