Took two weeks to dispatch and when I sent a query to ask for progress on parcel, it took two attempts to get a response. Was told it was dispatched four days after purchase which was a complete lie, given a bogus tracking number too (they said tracking info wasn't showing and that they were going to contact usps and get back to me within the day). Only realised they were lying because hours before they responded to my msg, I got an email notification from Paypal stating my package had just been shipped (with a diff tracking # mind you -_-... When I emailed back to ask of there's been a mixup I never got a response. Dodgy much? Been checking tracking for days and as item arrived only the other day, it's pretty obvious what went on.

I purchase a lot from Ruche and Modcloth and never had issues such as this. In fact I also tried Laceaffair out too and was impressed with their prompt (next day) dispatch and fast shipping. Deloom has lost me as a customer, which is a shame bc I've browsed their site on several occasions and wanted to purchase more stuff.

Edit//It says 'Made in the USA' on the listing for the dress I bought... It turned to be Made in China. Nothing to do with being partial towards or against a specific region, it's about being ethical and honest. I mean why say false info? Talk about misleading the public :/

I had come across this website while browsing the Internet and it instantly caught my eye. All pieces sold here have been hand-picked and are feminine and fit any budget from the customers. From tops and bottoms to complementary accessories like earrings and necklaces, you can find them all. For me, this is the one stop shopping destination for female products which also helps me save a considerable amount of money, thanks to free shipping within the United States.

I came across Deloom via Pinterest and I was excited to find a site that sold cute dresses that were made in the United States. I decided to order one of the dresses I found for a wedding I was attending. I ordered the dress more than 2 weeks in advance and they didn't process and ship more order until a week and a half after I placed it. I emailed them twice(no phone number) to see when it would be shipped only to receive an email back 2 days later telling me they finally processed my order, I received it the following day (3 days before the wedding). I tried on the dress only to find that it was way to big for me (which was no big deal), and I had to return it since there was no time to pick a different dress due to there only being 3 days until the wedding. Again, via email, they gave me the information needed to return my order and I sent it out on the 28th of may, they received it on the 30th and didn't send verification on crediting my account back until today(June 10th). They also did not credit me the full amount of the purchase, they took 15%($7.70) off and only gave me $35 worth due to a "restocking" fee because I didn't return the small plastic baggie it came in that I had to cut open so I could try the dress on.

Very upset with this site's customer service and bogus policies. Extremely bummed because they had really cute clothes.
