I requested an all on 4 at a cost of AUD 7,000. I knew what I was doing and the procedure as had everything done in Australia before coming to India. On arrival I was being conned to do my whole mouth at a cost exceeding AUD 30,000 including 3 more trips with flight and hotel.
I was pushed into signing what I can only describe as a horror movie on paper, and they wanted to rip out all my teeth within half an hour. Leaving me with no teeth for 7 days and then to be sent home with a denture for 6 months.
I had to demand a copy of the document and to move my appointment to the next day as I needed to go back to my hotel next door.
While in the courtyard of the hotel within a few hours I saw two other people from the same session I was in walk past me holding their faces in so much pain as they ripped out their teeth.
I was the lucky one as I escaped and now transferred my flight home and leave back to Australia tomorrow to get my teeth done professionally and with an overnight stay in hospital and procedure done there and then. Cost a little more but I will be with doctors and nurses in a hospital and well looked after under Medicare.
This is a meat market conveyer belt system please read up before you think you are saving money.
Please note that they are writing their own positive reviews and have been caught out before as seen in news articles from India a few years ago.

I'm writing this review over a year after a distressing experience with my dental treatment at Dentzz. Unfortunately, my journey has been a nightmare. I initially sought treatment here due to a broken front tooth crown right before my holiday in Dubai, thinking this clinic would provide the solution I needed.

At first, I had a pleasant experience. The manager was attentive and welcoming, making me feel cared for until I chose a treatment option that differed from her more expensive recommendation. From that moment, I felt her interest wane. I was subjected to multiple unnecessary visits, which I initially thought were part of a caring approach. It soon became clear that the clinic was more focused on upselling expensive treatments than on my actual care.

On the day of my surgery, I met with the surgeon, who was far from pleasant. After a traumatic experience where he drilled into my bone, he informed me that he didn't have the proper equipment to complete the procedure. I was left in a difficult position, after choosing to do my treatment while Im on holiday in Dubai. Only to be told I would need to return in 3 to 4 months.

To make matters worse, after the surgery, I was sent away without a front tooth and with minimal explanation about what had transpired. The initial care I received seemed to vanish as soon as I opted for a more straightforward treatment plan.

Once I returned to the UK, I visited a dentist in London for a second opinion. After X-rays and scans, it was confirmed that my sinus had been drilled into during the procedure in Dubai, which made any further work on my tooth extremely risky for at least four months. I also discovered that I required bone grafting and gum grafting.

Now, a year later, I am still dealing with the repercussions of this experience. Not only has this surgery cost me a significant amount of money, but it has also wasted precious time during my holiday and created ongoing dental issues that I'm now managing in the UK.

I truly hope no one else has to endure the same treatment I did at Dentz. Please be cautious and do thorough research before committing to any dental work here

Waited 12 months to do a review, in case something went wrong., Nothing gone wrong. Absolutely perfect treatment and result. All on 4 upper and lower. Could not be more satisfied with the result. Great team of professionals who do the job to perfection. Special mention for the petite professional prosthodontist from Pune for her wonderful nature.

Very bad experience only hungry for money thay don't care about pt. They charge 4-5 times more then other clinic for the same treatment.

Making my first ever booking at Dentzz was easy and efficient. Dr. Ash greeted me and accompanied me to the consultation room, We discussed my history and oral issues.
She showed me certain issues with my teeth and explained the recommended treatment. Dr. Ash completed her procedures without any discomfort, a first for me ever:)
My experience at Dentzz Dental Care was outstanding, I've never experienced this exceptional level of professionalism before. If you need dental attention go here and nowhere else.

My friend told me about this dental clinic in Mumbai, India that was affordable and had good care.

I knew that I could not afford the dental care here in Australia as I had a lot of work to do. I checked out the website and I decided to call the clinic and spoke with one of the patient coordinators who was very warm and friendly on the phone.

They scheduled me for an dental work evaluation. When I arrived at the Mumbai airport, the clinic arranged my transportation and I was picked up at the airport and driven across the border to the clinic by one of their friendly driver.

They had also arranged my lodging for the next few days. The dental office was so nice and clean. It was newly renovated with brand new equipments.

The doctors were so friendly and I began with my Full mouth reconstruction work. I also wanted to mention that there are so many fun places to visit in Mumbai. I'm just glad that I choose Dentzz for my dental care.

My wife and I had been traveling all over Australia to get the best dental treatment but it wasn't really working out. A mate of mine who had already visited Dentzz recommended them and so we decided to go for it.

Dentzz team arranged to pick us up by taxi right from the airport and made sure that we were comfortable throughout our visit. The dentists here assessed our teeth and we found out that I needed 12 root canals and my wife needed a couple more because the Dentzz team wanted to make sure that every minor dental problem was solved before it turned into something major. But even though being root canal treatment, it was yet all very painless which we really appreciate. And also along with the treatment, we got to enjoy a nice little vacation in India.

My experience with dental health has always been disappointing, especially with my teeth naturally being yellowish. I used to get it whitened very often but I was tired of visiting the clinic every 2nd month. Then I found Dentzz' whitening treatment last year and got the treatment around 6 months ago, my teeth still looks pretty white and I have not needed any touch ups since then. I really liked their procedure! Highly recommend them :)

I used to suffer from toothaches, due to sensitive teeth and it had reached the point where even a solid bite of food would hurt. It was high time to get a dental check up and I could not think of any other place but Dentzz. They have been looking after my cousin's dental treatments since years and he really praises his doctor's work. I got my treatment from them last month and my teeth feel so much better since then. I am finally being able to chew without pain. My treatment was very precise and I loved their customer service. Very humble staff, they create a very warm environment for patients. Absolutely loved the Andheri West branch.

I have had one of the best experiences at Dentzz. My mother and I had been there for Bridal teeth whitening session. The receptionist was very polite and showed us around the clinic and told us about other cosmetic procedures they performed. Our doctor was really nice and explained how the new technology worked for whitening and why it is so much faster than the previous technology. The entire procedure was completed with an hour. It was really quick and easy. Highly recommend everyone to try teeth whitening here.

I've been looking for a dental clinic for teeth whitening but had no luck since months. Finally I found Dentzz Dental Care Centre in Mumbai. I got the appointment on a quick call. After my visit, I can definitely say that, it was the best service I've ever received at a dental clinic. Great ambiance, lovely staff and of course, very friendly doctor. My teeth whitening session was performed with new technology, which is why the doctor took his time to explain how it works. I am very happy with the results! Already recommending this place to my friends!

I had the worst case of crooked and yellow teeth, none of the whitening treatments lasted for more than 2-3 month and I was fed up of being insecure about it. I finally flew down to Dubai from Germany to get my mouth reconstructed. The Dubai team coordinated very well to arrange my appointments and travel on my request. The surgery went down really well and I am happy with my teeth now. Going back in 3 weeks for a quick check up!

Since so many years I was not happy about my teeth and which was making me lose my self-confidence so after long though I decided lets go for it. I visited dentzz kemps corner branch, before leaving from Australia I already shared my dental history with dentzz team. After the quotation was fitting my pocket I booked my whole trip to India. When you are traveling you get 1000 thoughts and make you nervous because you don't know what will be the outcome. But keeping myself positive I made it to India. Luckily they arranged my stay to the nearby Hotel as I don't know anyone in India. Finally went for my smile makeover treatment which took 12 days and I am happy with my result. Dr. Ash was my doctor who made me understand each process but in 2 weeks getting the best result is priceless.
