Be Patient!

Hi everyone! I recently had an issue with my Groupon that I purchased for 1 hardcover book to Dinkleboo. I just wanted to let you all know that if you send an email to their help they will respond to you. It may take a day or two but they will get back to you. Groupon did not put in the dashes that Dinkleboo sent them in order for the groupon to work. I sent an email to customer service and they sent me a new code to use. I have been seeing so many negative comments on here but you have to contact them and be patient. With the holidays they have had a lot of orders. I hope this helps!

I have a groupon for a soft-covered book for my nephew with his name on it. Does this enroll me into anything else? I mean, I do not want to find out that I subscribed to a monthly item where they will keep charging my credit card.

Don't waste your time

Was gifted 3 Groupons for name labels. The Groupon stated that you could choose between sticker labels OR iron on labels. I chose iron on labels, but my Groupon codes would not work. I emailed the company, and the person "helping" me was not at all friendly or helpful. Her name is Angelica. She was condescending and once she finally figured out that my mother in law purchased the sticker labels for me, and not the iron labels, she told me I needed to contact Groupon, rather than helping me to remedy this problem. Keep in mind that the Groupon email that I received said nothing about the Groupon being only for sticker labels and was very misleading in that it seemed I could choose between the two labels. I decided to not waste any more of my time on these things, since I didn't really need them anyway, and ordered the sticker labels. I will certainly not be ordering from this company again, and would advise you to do the same. What a terrible experience for a first time customer to this company. Highly disappointed.

My apologies for the confusion on your label vouchers. I have attached the link for the deal your mother-in-law would have purchased from. I link to the Phoenix market but the ad would be the same in any city it is being ran in.

The offer is for either iron-on labels or name labels which are at different price points. So yes, the vouchers purchased would have specifically been for either iron-on labels or name labels and would not be interchangeable.

It sounds like our rep should have explained this better to you and if you had wanted to upgrade to the iron-on labels she could have just handled the upgrade payment for you while you were on our website.

I will be sure to speak to the team so they are not unnecessarily redirecting customers back to Groupon with requests that can and should be handled in-house.

Again my apologies. If you still have your vouchers and would like to use them you are welcome to reachout and ask for myself directly. Put in your inquiry that I had responded to your post on SiteJabber.

I received an email from Amanda King stating my labels were returned to them. My home address was the same for credit card payment (for shipping charges) and for shipping, however, they said I would need to give another address! I sent them email but waiting for reply, ended up disputing charge through paypal, credit card company and groupon.

Never received any labels

Bought from groupon and order some set of label. Every time I check the status, it said downloading. It been four week and I have contact them several of time but never reply. Don't buy anything from this company

Same deal. Poor customer service even for simple transaction. Groupon should drop them! Cannot track my order and they keep telling me I didn't pay for shipping charges which I did ugh!

Horrible company

They are on groupon but DO NOT purchase, they are a horrible company and costumer service is horrible. They Made a mistake and they wanted me to pay additional for the mistake. What a rip off!

First order fine, as a previous reviewer says.
Next order, a canvas with personalised details. They sent it with this year's date not last year's. (The baby would not even have been born yet so how could I have known the date, weight, length etc?) They sent me a 'copy' of my order to prove it was my error so I believed it and reordered, paying the same again.
This time the name was just one initial! Even though I had spoken with a Chat agent to say I was reordering and only wanted a year change. Again they sent me a 'copy' of my order, said it was my error and I would need to reorder! Now I'm daft sometimes but not that daft! So disappointing and a great money spinner for Dinkleboo I suggest, making customers feel they have made an error so they reorder.

Wish I had read reviews before, but they pull you in with a good first order service.

DO NOT USE DINKLEBOO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

My apologies for the trouble with your order. When an order is placed on the website it goes directly to production as soon as the order transaction is completed. Not at anytime in between would anyone be accessing your order to make adjustments or changes as the system is quite automated.

Now with the second order, did one of our reps actually make the changes on your behalf and place your second order for you? This is not typically standard procedure and not without a screenshot being emailed to the customer for approval. I will speak to the team if this is what has happened.

In the meantime, let's try to get this straightened out for you. I hate to hear you have ordered twice and now have two products that are of no use to you.

I will need to private message you to get your order numbers or email address used for the order so I can look it up.

I put a label on my son's sunscreen for daycare and when I picked him up on the same day, it had completely faded. I mean it was totally BLANK. I read that they should be waterproof, so I contacted the company and submitted a photo. I was ultimately provided a code for a replacement, but not until the rep told me that the labels "don't last forever." Excuse me? Why would I purchase temporary labels for my child's things? I would suggest everyone reading this to just purchase labels from Mabel's Labels in Canada. They are a bit more pricey, but they hold up VERY well. My son is now 8, and the Mabel's Labels that I put on his things 4 years ago are still in tact and look as good as new. The adhesive is great. (I don't work for the company, I just really love their labels.) I should have known better with these Dinkleboo labels - you get what you pay for. The Dinkleboo labels also don't look as nice as the Mabel's labels. They look like something I could have printed myself. I'm very disappointed in the purchase.

***UPDATE*** 2/19/2016
This update is long overdue. I was contacted by a representative of the company. She was very nice and apologetic about the subpar customer service I received when placing my order. I was given a code to order a replacement for my faded labels. Before speaking with Dinkleboo's rep Jennifer L, I was not going to bother. I'm glad I did. The replacement labels are much better. They have improved the quality, and they sent them out quickly. Thank you for caring enough about me as a customer to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. It truly means a lot. For that reason, I'll be a repeat customer. I order labels for my son all the time. I'll change from one star to four stars until I see what the next order is like. Hopefully then I can change to five stars. :)

My apologies for the response given to you by our customer service representative. That is not a response we would be looking for them to give. I would like to research your order and see who it was that assisted you so I can be sure they are handling the customer service inquiries in a professional manner. I will private message you for your order details.

Your experience though does have me completely stumped. I can thankfully say we have not ran across another complaint of this type which I hope means this was an isolated incident.

R&D was ran on the labels for months before their release. I have put them through the dishwasher probably a hundered times now, have cleaned them with degreasing dish soap, used window cleaner on them and then applied sunscreen after reading your post and have not been able to replicate what has occurred with your labels. I can only assess there must have been some type of defect with the label paper on your order and for this I apologize. I do hope you did use your replacement voucher to give the labels a second try.

Ignorant Liars!

Initially I got along great with this company. I ordered some personalised Christmas Tree decorations and they arrived in good time, were good quality... I was impressed. Then I made the mistake of ordering and second time and even though I waited several months for my order, was promised my order was re-produced as I never received it and was assured time and time again by the company that my order was on it's way to me, I finally got hold of a decent member of staff who admitted my order was never sent. I got a full refund, if you dont include the three months they had my money for for absolutely nothing, but after that when I asked for the complaints addressed I've been flat out ignored! They wont even respond to me now!
I'm glad that I'm not the only one who has been messed around by this company, but at the same time I'm sorry that others have gone through the same terrible experience.
Awful company, will never, ever use again and advise all to stay away from these ignorant liars!

Dinkleboo Ridiculous!

This is an update to my review I posted 2/23/15. Well, It is now March 12th, 2015 and still have not received order AGAIN! My order was placed Oct 21st, 2014. I called them again today and once again absolutely NO apologies, just, we will send it again. I asked for refund but she said they could not refund it because they did send it. I receive mail everyday to our locked box and never have had a problem getting any mail. I confirmed the address again and its the correct address. They say the labels are coming from Tempe, Arizona so that should be no problem. I don't know what's going on with this company but it shouldn't be my problem! We are coming up on 5 months in 9 more days. I cant say it enough, I would NEVER order from this company again. They are obviously use to hearing this same complaint because they offer no apologies and don't even act a little surprised. Its like I'm a pain in the $#*! for wanting what I paid for and ordered. I hope this review saves someone else a big headache. I could just forget about it which is what I think they get away with but its the point of it and their lack of customer care. Dinkleboo is a rip off! Dinkleboo PHONE NUMBER is *******729- not easy to get!

This company has the worst customer service I have encountered! They have NO phone contact just email and dont hope for a quick response! 5 emails I have sent asking where my order is, i have recieved ONE reply saying sorry here is 60% off your next order! No mention of when I will get my order! I would never bother shopping here again! Wish I had known how slack they were and would ordered somewhere else. They are not even cheap!

It has now been 45 days and no labels customer service keeps saying "a few more days" what kind of service does this company have to keep saying that to a client. Never again and I will be telling all the moms and mommy groups to not buy from this company.
