Ordered three Dior lip oils and they only sent me 2. Called, emailed numerous times. Was asked for more information which I provided and then nothing. Happy that my experience was only with a $40 oil and not a $4k bag. I will NEVER order online again as their customer service is HORRENDOUS. Never refunded me nor sent me the missing product. Not the way to run a luxury brand!
My name is Fariba Zareivag, and I am a fan of Dior, I bought some items including a sweater two weeks ago from Paris Dior and I felt that I did not like it when I came back to My country. I decided to change it with another item (the same price) by my friend in Paris, but to my surprise, I was informed that I cannot, because I have got VAT refund at the airport when I returned back to my country.
The same thing happened in Dubai with Fendi brand last year, and Dubai Fendi store changed the item for me without a question after 7 month and I feel that
Maybe I am involved with a personal decision not a company policy! And if Dior don't accept to change it for sure I will never buy from Dior and don't recommend to anybody!
Ordered a Jardin Magique Mitzah Scarf online on Feb 3,2023 Morning. Didn't receive any shipping confirmation for 4 days so I contacted their customer rep online regarding the status. Talked to 2 different "Client Advisors" and was told that their warehouse doesn't have any stock left but one of their boutiques is fulfilling the order so I should get it by the end of this week. However, they cancelled my order this morning. I saved both conversation of the Client Advisors for reference just in case they want to investigate it.
To Dior:
1. If you don't have any stock left, please remove/disable the listing. Don't waste customer's time.
2. The worst customer rep I have seen in my life. You are luxury brand but have a terrible customer service that provides wrong information.
If you didn't know Dior test their products on animaks so my queston is:
Do you want that your product is tested on animals?
Do you want that because of your product Dior takes animals lives away for your product and they live in a cage for their hole life?
It's your choice but choose precisely.
Hello mister Dior, your products are so expensive for nothing like your lip oil is so sticky like it's a lip oil not a lip gloss so yk if you started making perfumes then u should continue doing only that not making makeup cause you are not even good at it loser
I've tried numerous times to return a perfume online. Neither the order history, nor the return page even accept the order number. When I phone them at the number they provided, they all transfer me to another person. Reading these reviews cemented my suspicion that they don't even want to let me return the goods in the first place. Even as I type this, I am still waiting for someone to pick up the phone and its been over 30 mins. If I had known this, I never would have ordered a product from them that I wasn't absolutely certain about. By the way, this is the OUD ISPAHAN; do not blindly purchase it; it is really strong and smells pretty $#*!ing awful.
I received a pair of Dior Sunglasses (listed price US$400) from a law firm as a Xmas present in 2021. The sunglasses fell apart 6 months later. I asked a Dior shop to repair it. I was told that they couldn't do it because they don't have the spare parts. The response from the customer support was extremely slow even with constant follow up. It has been over 1 month and my case with Dior is still outstanding!
I'm extremely disappointed with the Dior quality, and even more disappointed that Dior doesn't make the customer whole ASAP.
Order didnt come at time so cancelled order but still no refund after 2 weeks. Tried reaching out multiple times but says bag hasnt reached to there warehouse yet.
I liked Dior from a young age and became a huge fan in my 20s. When Dior announced their loyalty program, I hardly remember buying anything from another brand since. So I became a platinum member very quickly. And here was my mistake. I got the impression that Dior is so committed to its promises and being a customer-oriented company. The first promise was that as soon as you change your status (there are 3 levels to platinum), Dior will send you a gift, and on your BD you will receive a special BD gift, etc... Guess what? I went platinum in March, my BD in August and now it's December and the only thing I got in all that time today from them is tiny two candles (a BD gift) even though it was a notebook in their email...and that's all... ha ha... anyway...The point is Dior does not keep their promises, and the attitude towards customers is so obscene that it is like they say get our pittance and **** *** ("you can go"). Not what you expect from a company like this... there are many other companies on the market that at least don't promise what they can't deliver
Just ignor contact with customers and customers emails.
Ignor customers complaints.
Money scam.
Never again.
I purchased this ring for my daughter for Christmas last year. By June it was tarnished, and turning her finger green. I reached out to customer service and they said they will not replace, as it is not considered damaged. What!? I paid $380 for this ring and it tarnishes in less than 6 months, and they won't replace!? They only suggest that she not wash her hands or use lotion or other chemicals, which she did not. We have purchased other (non Dior) jewelry that has lasted more than 4 years without tarnishing. Also suggested that we buy their higher line, and it won't tarnish (several laughing emojis here!). They do not back their own products, so why should we? Do (much) better, Dior!
Horrific experience with the worst group of staff i ever came across. Order is EC*******. Bought a pair of sunglasses that came scratched. Called and emailed them on the day i received it to inform them. Was asked to return which i did on the exact same day i got it. Received an email a few days later informing me that they cannot accept the item as it was scratched. IT CAME SCRATCHED! Its now almost a month and still no refund or assistance? They cost almost 500 euros and you want me to accept them scratched? Horrible company
As a former Dior makeup artist, I contacted Dior about using Depp in ads. The trial was indicative of his abuse. There are other lines to buy that work well and ingredients are great and cheaper. Capture is an acid and it is available for $8.00. I know. I was blocked by Dior to ask for more information. Do not support companies who promote abusers. Save your money, buy an investment plan instead. Why do female models have to look perfect and Depp is not. Dior has no social conscience obviously. Why support these companies that spend millions on advertising and make you pay for it in cosmetics and colognes. Why should an abuser be paid millions by them and it up the cost of your cologne or lipstick. You are losing precious money you could invest and become a millionaire in a few years. I was in the industry for years, you are losing money. Save you money for you and your family.
SHAME ON YOU DIOR! YOU ARE Absolute thief's. I
Ordered a pair of sneakers tried them on for 30 seconds, returned them because they did not fit, and the return was rejected stating the sole was dirty. They were shipped back to me, and They are perfect, not a single scratch or mark, NO issue with them, I have photos and videos. I will dispute my credit card, I will take them to small claims court, THEY CAN NOT RIP People OFF. Will never order again, will write about this to no end. Iam appalled and disgusted. THIS IS NOT O. K. Iam an Honest person, I feel humiliated and ripped off.
I will never buy anything from Dior.com
They will play and find thousand reasons not to return your money back. I am very disappointed
The worst service ever. I am wondering how the big brand continue to use the DPD carrier for their delivery. I ordered a perfume online from Dior last week. It was supposed to arrive the day after. I rescheduled the first delivery because I wasn't in. On Tuesday, I rearranged all my schedule in order to be in. Then, I received a fake message from this carrier saying that I wasn't in when I was. I have decided to change the collection address in order to collect it myself from a parcel shop and from that day, I receive an update everyday for delaying my collection. To sum up one week after I haven't received my perfume yet. This perfume was supposed to be a surprise for someone. They ruined my surprise. I asked Dior to get it back and to refund me for this unacceptable delay, I do not need it anymore. DPD UK The worst carrier ever!
I contacted Dior regarding this many times, however each time I receive the (pseudo-polite message that they copy and past for all the customers). An awful customer service.
I returned a garment because the size was too small and when they received my package they decided to deny me of my refund based on "hair and a smudge of dirt" being on the garment. They proclaimed that the garment was in a "used" and "worn" condition. This of course upset me because it was completely false. The only time the garment was ever worn was to try it on. I quickly realized it was too small and immediately placed it back into the box to ship out the next day.
When I spoke with the customer service agent they were very condescending and told me that "they are not a cleaning service and clothes should be returned unworn in perfect condition". Obviously people need to try the clothes on to make sure it fits. It would be impossible to expect the garment be returned 100% in the condition that I received it! She showed ZERO concern when I shared with her my side of the story. She also did not provide me any proof of the condition the garment "supposedly" arrived in. It was my word against theirs.
I tried so many times to explain to them that when I sent the package out there was absolutely NO dirt on it. She did not care to listen to me.
I asked her to be reasonable with me and her reply was " they are a luxury brand, not a reasonable brand". She was very condescending and kept repeating to me robotically their return policies.
I left the conversation in tears, using profanity to express my frustration (which there's no excuse for that). I have never been treated this poorly by a luxury brand customer service agent before. This was a horrible experience and I don't wish it on anyone. I'm out 1100$ now because I'm stuck with a sweater that doesn't fit :(.
So my warning to consumers is to be wary of shopping online at Dior because from my personal experience they aren't too concerned with customer service and will find minuscule reasons to not issue refunds upon the customers request.
Was just shopping for a perfume for my wife. I put name that she likes in google and what I thought was the right fragrance came up ona search. Only thing it did look the same and all it has English name j stated of French, which I thought was ok. I did place an order through my phone and by the time I paid, I realized it's not the perfume. Just same exact look for man! I called in within 10 mins after placing the order! Site says it will take 4-5 days to process! They refuse to modify the order or cancel it! This is in US! Not some 3 world country! This is not some crappy brand, but luxury! You put something in google search it pops up with wrong product! Garbage site! Terrible customer service! I have to wait for delivery and refuse it! Beyond stupid!
I love shopping from Dior! The products are amazing, customer service is top notch, everything about the experience is just great. As they say, if you love her, dior her ;)
I've been a loyal Dior customer for years, and before the pandemic I always purchased their products in-store as I had a great relationship with my local SA. I've recently moved abroad and there is no Dior boutique close-by, so I decided to give the online store a try. It was a total mess! Once my order got cancelled for no reason, and I received an email from Dior.com inviting me to replace the order, so I did that. That order went through, so I assumed there was a glitch in the system in the earlier transaction. In my next order, I faced a similar difficulty and so I again tried to replace my order, but after a few attempts (with 2 different credit cards and PayPal) I decided to call Dior customer services to get more reliable info on why I kept getting an error. Turns out they flagged my account! After reaching Gold status in their loyalty program, they blocked my account due to a technical error from their side, and they will not unblock my account, so I cannot order online anymore. I spoke to my credit card company: they didn't block the transaction, it was Dior's system that cancelled the transaction. In a nutshell, Dior.com tricks a customer into thinking she should replace an order when it gets declined due to a technical error, but then flags her account after false marketing a loyalty program that was supposed to provide perks after spending a certain sum of money. I asked if they can cancel my previous order, as I no longer want to spend my money for a loyalty program that will not deliver what was offered. Although the order was not ready for shipment yet, they will not cancel it either, what a surprise! This is definitely not what one would expect from a designer house like Dior, it is the biggest scam I have ever experienced in my life.
