Two to three years ago, I repeatedly attempted to purchase the original Dior Homme Parfum from Dior.com – a signature fragrance abruptly removed from the market and silently replaced by Dior Homme Intense. Although the product occasionally appeared as "available," the website consistently blocked the checkout process. I contacted Dior multiple times via phone and email, yet the issue was never addressed or resolved, forcing me to abandon the purchase entirely.
Today I received the newly released Dior Homme Parfum 2025, and the experience confirmed a dramatic decline in the brand's standards. The fragrance smells like an extremely cheap eau de toilette, dominated by harsh synthetic notes of unmistakably low quality. There is absolutely no connection whatsoever to the original Dior Homme Parfum – not in composition, not in refinement, not in identity. This reformulation dismantles the integrity and prestige of the entire Dior Homme line.
It is now evident that Dior is undergoing a visible decline, both in product quality and in the professionalism of its customer service. For a brand that claims luxury status, this level is unacceptable.

Today I called Dior and spoke with some lady who didn't want to give me her name saying" She doesn't feel the need to " give me her name. I am a Dior Platinum member and was expecting a welcome gift around 12/******* which was delayed due to holiday season. I spoke to a Customer Service rep in December who said that it will be delivered after holiday season. Then i emailed Dior on 1/4/24 for a status update and they said the order got called and money will be refunded. Then when I emailed back to them expressing my frustration -Dior kept quite. Again I emailed on 1/11/24 and they reply back saying they have place order again.
And today is the height of all. In my life I never experienced such horrible customer service. Is dior not training their rep how to treat customers? I am just loss of words. Which representative doesn't give their name? I guess only those who didn't treat their customer well and fear of consequences? Hope Dior will take action and keep their platinum customers

Have been a fan of the Sauvage line for many years now however, either CD has absolutely terrible Quality Control or else something else is going on. I know this scent very well, and now to walk away from the counter after paying $180 for the Parfum for the second time I am completely done with CD. You no longer know what's actually in the bottle even though it is labeled correctly. I can only compare it to a soapy fragrance mixed with alcohol. CD, make it right or please, don't make it at all.
Total disappointment from ordering on 16th of December a Christmas gift with a 2 days option / next day delivery to now a 29th of December … now if that just because of a logistic issue with some labelling issues it's unacceptable from such a reputable house of Dior … may we call it house of Disaster this time How incompetent or careless one can be on Christmas period especially to mess it up so bad …
I will revert my decition to stick to The French form Dior and will move to Brits of Penhaligon

Unfortunately I will never order from DIOR again. This year I made 5 beauty products. They never include free products with my order. Never! Customer service don't care. They never helped me. Very unpleasant experience.
They contact me and tell me the product I wanted is now in stock. I order the product. They inform me that the product is not available, but they are working to resolve. They send me a wonderful email while at the same time they cancelled my order without refunding my money. They than send another email telling me the product is back in stock. Don´t waste your time with DIOR there are other brands!
Unfortunately, when I finally found a contact number for customer service, I continue to be routed to a phone number that "hangs up" on me "four times". I did not receive an item on my order that doesn't say any item is on back order just a "penned x" on my contents label. I like Dior products but will never purchase directly from their site as they lack any type of customer service. When I finally found a human being at their customer service, she could not help me and again routed to a phone number that literally hangs up on me! In addition, their quality control SUCKS! Will I ever receive my product?
I have had the worst experience with this company. This is the first time I wanted to give it a shot and ordered some gifts. I ordered 3 things and when the package arrived Saturday it was missing 2 out of 3 items that I ordered. No explanation or email about it. I reached out through email, WhatsApp on the website, called and regular message and nothing. When I finally was able to get a hold of customer service, she informed me "I'm sorry, you didn't get it because it was out of stock. You didn't get charged for it so you're good" I asked why I was not informed at all about it? And she just said she didn't know. I asked how they're gonna fix it since that was supposed to be a gift, nearing Christmas and she just said to order again. Her responses were unacceptable and doesn't represent the Dior brand in my eyes. These are responses I would expect from a Walmart customer service agent not Dior. I am beyond displeased and will look to purchase from other high end brands instead.

Called for hours, redirected and put on hold none stop! Emailed over 60 times and no response it's been weeks and still not heard anything. The departments kept telling me I had called the wrong department for them to redirect me to another supposingly wrong department. I want my money back! My £35 lip balm came damaged and hurts my lips I just want my money back
I was not aware that my package needed a signature. I work a full time job and everytime the delivery came I was not home to sign. After 2 delivery attempts, they package had been shipped back to Dior. I have been trying to contact Dior numerous amounts of times over the past 3 days about this package through email, phone number, text message, and I have been on hold for numerous hours a day. This is horrible service, nobody answers the phones, I could not even be provided with as little as a refund. And there was no service provided to me at all. Horrible!
I bought a jacket and it was too large. I immediately returned it to the store, to send back to Dior.com. Another store not online, sent me the smaller size. Dior.com claimed I wore and soiled the jacket, and sent it back to me even though I bought the correct size in a store in a different state. I never wore the coat. So I never could have soiled the coat. They were impossible and caused me great aggravation over this.

They refused to accept my return claiming there was a scuff near the laces of the shoes I returned. I explained to the advisor I opened the box and immediately put the shoes back in the box and went to UPS, as the polished leather was a bit too much for my outfit nd I had already purchases a more softer leather shoe from LV, but the claim was the damage came from my end not Dior's. Accordingly, they could not accept my return.
I think their return policy is so so that they can push damaged items on customers with little liability to the company, which is a horrible business practice for a large fashion house. Do not buy Dior Addict Liptint as it does not cover evenly the lips. Unfortunately the unique experience turned out to be the worst because advertisement does not fulfill the promise in real life and covers lips partially leaving somewere light patches. I am very sad to hear that in order to pay back the money for unfunctional liptint they are actually trying to sell me something additional. I have no more trust in their business and will never puchase anything from their products again. Sent me a shoe that had a scuff on the sole, so I returned it. To my surprise they denied a return claiming it was done on my end, which is absolutely impossible and a lie. I asked for them to check their cameras to prove that the quality control team have actually done their job but they said even if they do, the won't release the information. So needless to say, the manager refused to help or resolve this issue! Absolutely no help, disgusting customer service! The minimal scuffing was done on their end and it cost me! A nice experience turned into a nightmare.

Horrible, slow, lying Customer Service. I was supposed to receive a parcel in mid February. As it did not arrive by March and as I was moving to a new address, I notified Dior via email and WatsApp on multiple occasions to send the parcel to my new address. I have also updated my address on my profile. After endless chase-ups Dior Customer Service confirmed today that they have sent it to my old address in the beginning of February. I wonder where the parcel is as it did not arrive to my old address until the 23rd of March. There must be a Bermuda Triangle over here in the UK!
