I had a really bad experience where they first asked me to pay 19.99 pounds, then emailed me to ask for additional 30. And after almost 2 weeks of not responding to my follow up emails, they responded that they cannot unlock as phone is still in contract (Hello! Of course, one will only get their service to unlock because it is still in contract and one want to unlock it! That's common sense!). THEN, THEY TOLD ME THEY CANNOT REFUND AND ASK ME TO PAY ADDITIONAL 109.99 pounds! They are dishonest people who misleads customers to pay more and more additional charges. They are supposedly expert in unlocking, so they should already know how much it should cost upfront. They should just be honest about it upfront, instead of leading on client by initially charging less then subsequently asking for additional charges, I DEMAND FULL REFUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD! Please be careful transacting with this company as they are not professional and upfront and tends to mislead and misinform clients!
I have had a terrible experience. My phine was finally unlocked after 50 days but I had to reset my phone and it got locked again. Apple Store said on their website the phone was never unlocked. They are crooked and no one answers the customer service and when you write a review on facebook, they remove you from the post.
Hello There, everyone who has been a victim of this company like me. I paid them 110 Pounds using my Credit Card and waited 50 days for the Service.
The company scammed me twice and asked me to Pay twice for their Premium Service and I never Got any Service or my iPhone Unlocked.
They are really big time scammers, frauds of all time and a bunch of Aholes... who unlocks 1 out of 10 phones and ask the user to their other division of Trustpilot to leave positive reviews over there.
Also, when you leave a bad review on TrustPilot, they will delete your Bad Review saying, the review is not under compliance of this website.
Report your Fraud to http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
And also to the Payment Gateway they are using, so that the Payment Gateway receives so much real complaints about this sucking Company they they have to Stop Working with them and List this company as a Scam.
Do Action and help save others to become a victim of this company. I am getting my Money refunded back and the Payment Gateway (nochex) is helping me out to get it refunded back.
Do Action and Let's Beat the $#*! off of these Bastards...
They take 150$ without making any thing and without unlock my phone first they tell me that we will give you offer for unlock for 30 pound and that offer is only for 24 hours so i have submit offer after making offer i didnt see the request in request page and it keep tell me error wrong IMEL of Email,,, i try to contact them but no one answer my mail, in the same time paid for another phone and that phone I'm sure it was clean after i paid money they tell me it will take from 5-15 days after week they send me message that my phone is block or bad esn, and i cant refund my money if i want to unlock it i must to order worldwide service for all IMEl and they can forward money for that service and i must to pay rest.
They scame my money cuz i have been stupid
I pre-ordered my iPhone 5 unlock and paid 20 GBP. After a few days, I received an email telling me it costs an additional 100 GBP to unlock my phone. Till now, nobody is replying my emails, phone calls, online complains, etc., I will do like the guy http://zuco.org/2014/07/24/how-official-iphone-unlock-ignored-me/ and call the police.
I am still wait to unlock my phone the order has been place Order ID Order Date Status Description

IPhone 5 locked to Worldwide Network
The original price stated at payment is NOT the final price you will be charged.
The pre order price of 19.99 does not include the 80.00£ to release the unlock code.
Read the small print first almost hidden at the bottom of the page. It's not clear or obvious when doing the transaction.
They will not refund either.
Not taking the time to look up this company track record costed me a lot of money.
They don't provide the service they say they do, the site they refer to check the Clean status of your phone is obviously bogus since it said clean before I ordered and Lost/stolen after the order so they could justify their not unlocking the phone and not refunding the money.
I've went through 3 service purchases on their site: 1st the pre-order, 2. The regular unlock and 3. Since the phone was under contract another order of a "worldwide unlock" or 100% money back guarantee (I have their emails offering the service).
Since i couldn't get a reply from them, I contacted the payment gateway Nochex and they are honestly starting to look like they're in on the scam as well. OfficialIphoneUnlock is obviously bogus and scamming lots of people but continue to be reluctant and coming up with excuses to not refund my money.
If they don't refund me I'l go to the bank, my lawyer and present a complaint to Electronic Fraud Unit of the EU. I'll go as far as I have to, to get my money back.
Also the website TrustPilot seems to be in on the scam as they immediately flagged my bad review of OfficialIphoneUnlock.
This is bordering on organized fraud and crime.
Stay away from them please.
This company is a SCAM! Anyone putting 5stars is lying r being paid to put 5stars. You people putting 5 stars are thieves just like this company. Shame on you
Ok, I really don't like to talk or write bad about others but this time is to let others that this service is a total scam. At first they trick you with the "Pre-Order" price and then you have to pay like 100 pounds to "get the job done" then after waiting a lot I finally received a confirmation email telling me that my phone was finally unlocked. I change the sim card to finish the unlock process just to find that the unlock wasn't true.
I've tried to get a response by email and writing them directly in their support page link provided when you receive the confirmation but after 1 month I haven't get any help.
If you can report this site as a fraud I recommend you to do it so they can not steal money from more people.
BTW I'm from Mexico and my phone still locked to Iusacell so if you're looking for this service try another site or guy.
They are a scam! (Now) - After using them to unlock my iPhone 5 two years ago very successfully I tried them again for my iPhone 6. That was in October 2014, they sent me an email saying that they couldn't unlock my phone because it was in contract but if I paid another £60 then I could use the worldwide unlock. If you click on the worldwide unlock there is no service offered for iPhone 6 anywhere. They still have my original £50 and waiting for 4 months. So to some up they worked for me two years ago, but this time they have scammed me good!
Even though I paid $140.06, they could not unlock my iPhone 4S from Guatemala. Their last email asked for more money, guaranteeing me that they can unlock any iPhone from any company. They said that my phone has been reported lost. When I check with the company, they said that it had not. No refund... will not respond to my emails.
I gave a single star because I could not submit no stars. Use these folks if you have so much money that you don't know what to do with it. If not, stay away! 100% SCAM!
BEWARE! This site is misleading and a scam! I paid £20 for iPhone unlock to only find out this is a PRE ORDER and now have to pay an additional £80 to unlock the phone! I saw nothing of this on the site as others say DONT USE THIS SITE! They won't get another penny out of me! Discusted these thieves haven't been shut down and are still no1 search on Google!
As anyone would do before subscribing this kind of services, i've searched all over their website for additional information regarding payments and additional fees. I did the same in other websites around the web where people submit their opinion about the experience they had with this company. After read a lot of positive reviews i subscribed the iCloud Activation Lock Removal and i can assure you there isn't any kind of information stating additional fees to this service despite the 19,99£ base tariff like they will inform you AFTER YOUR FIRST PAYMENT. Two days after i purchased this iCloud Activation Lock Removal service from OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk i just got an email stating that my "Activation Lock Unlock" is now available and as a pre-order client i would need to pay and additional 30£ fee in order to proceed with the unlocking service. This is absolutly unfair to any customer looking for a fair and trustworthy company. PLEASE DONT LET YOU BE FOOLED BY POSITIVE REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE ON THE WEB! PLEASE DONT TRUST YOUR MONEY TO THIS GUYS at OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk!

Scam company who trick visitors to there site!
I have recently had a bad experience by this company and would like to warn others so they don't become victims themselves.
I placed my order online through the mobile site and received a payment confirmation of my order all fine. A few days later after my payment had time to clear they sent me another email asking for a further payment of £79.99 to complete my order. The email sent was already defending the reason for this fee even before I had even queried it, stating the site does mention this fee in upto 5 places on the site.
I looked back on the site thinking how could I miss a £79.99 fee to notice the fee is MIRACULOUSLY now mentioned! If you go on the mobile site on a virgin phone to the site (no cookies) then you don't see the fee until after payment has been made which by this time it is too late to cancel and it's too late. The fees only become visible after you have made your original payment then they refuse a refund so be carefull!
It's naughty and the site should be closed down for this practice.
I had two phones on there website side by side, the one on which I had made payment (fee's now visible) second phone 1st visit to the site and exact same webpage the fees are not shown! Make up your own mind with that...
Also there is no trading address for this company so hard to reclaim any money back should you need to. I'm not allowed to post a link on my review so search for yourself regarding bad reviews on this company and make your own decision.
Don't trust scam totally fraud website please some one can ban this website!
Absolutely SCAM.
They took 70 pounds and since 3 months i´m after them.
With no result.
