Horrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere when buying luxury items. They do not refund the taxes.

I agree with what everyone is saying a so called premium brand with the worst customer service. They sold a faulty item inside a jacket stitching had come off and they say cannot accept a return what a joke. Even a primark would take a faulty item back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are rude, cannot speak English properly and run a multi million pound company. BOYCOTT Dolce & Gabbana that is what is going around at the moment.

Horrible company to deal with. Ordered $1300 worth of clothing. Never shipped and they will not refund my purchase. I was dealing with the for 4 months and now they said it's been too long for a refund. Garage!
