Just got called from a bill collector for non-payment of a bill from DOXO for a subscription I never ordered and never got a bill for. I can't give photos or proof of purchase because I never ordered the service in the first place. I looked online about DOXO the government and everyone else are after them for scamming so many people. I hope the government shuts them down for the scam they are.
This gentleman was a good communicator and understood the issues I was having regarding auto payments of other accounts and not this one had now stopped being so. Another month will tell if this issue has been resolved. If not, I hope he is the one I speak with. My relationship with this company has been for years and I only want payments to be easy. Pls tell this gentleman thank you again.
