The customer service for this company is dreadful. Still waiting for a response. It's sunday and I would have liked to put some bets in. Unfortunately my account has been locked all day and i've done nothing but give them every item they asked for to open my account back up. Still waiting for response. I'll be using another sports betting app going forward

These guys are rip offs. I have been betting since day one. Well last week I found out my debit card was compromised by a person in NE, interesting yes.
So I called my bank, and they closed that card and issued a new card.
When I received the new card, I went into deposits and added a card. Well it kept dealing saying my bank didn't allow it because it was a business account.
I contacted draft king customer service 15 times and have the emails to prove it.
They kept saying my bank would allow it, now mind you this was during betting times on good teams that I have won with often. So, after 15 back and forth I called my bank and they said no restriction on my card. So I recontacted them again, received the first email saying to use there library, then finally someone that knew what they were talking about. He said you have to go into your account at DraftKings.com/account and delete the old card and add the new one. Great it worked, then 2 days later they locked my account because of all the declined debits because there people didn't know how to guid me. So they want a picture of me holding my drivers license clearly showing it's me, I did it, then bank statements with both debit cards on the statement, but can't upload to there account. No help after that. Told them send me a check and close the account, haven't even heard back from them. I'm also going to attorney general and an attorney. By the way they throttle there program at times for there benefit. They are bad stay away, they rip people off, and by the way I have deposited thousands of dollars from there checks into my bank account.

The play through requirements are impossible. It is in the fine print. They can keep your Deposit money if you don't meet the play through requirements in the time they set. You may as well give them your money. Play other sites that are much better like Bet MGM.

I've used most of the different Sportsbooks and DraftKings is the worst. The website is constantly having "communication errors" and the location software is s***. Even worse is their odds boosts, promos and same game parlay odds are a joke and ridiculously adjusted. Do yourself a favor and stay away from DK for sports betting

A Disgrace to Foxwoods Casino and the State of Connecticut No live customer service lots of Botts was not paid for a winning bet, I think the State of Connecticut and Foxwoods rushed to get sports betting without proply venting this company, had issue ask to talk to a supervisor 6x never would call me on the phone, DON'T Do IT guys stay away

So many problems with Draftkings. SOOO MANYY.
They restricts my account then removes the restriction after headache after headache. Claims its because multiple accounts only for me to explain to them that I helped a friend make one. Then they have the nerve to remove restrictions and merge account but months later end up just restricting it all over again. They also don't let you remove your money or transfer like any normal person. You have to be versed in their language of bull$#*!.

I request to withdraw my money and be done with their terrible service. Do you think they care? Do they have proper phone support or even proper email support were the response would actually address the issue once and for all instead of making me want to pull out my hair. They suck beyond the dark wormhole of the universe. They suck so much they should be erased from history.

This company is in it for robbing you and not the service they advertise which is a an online bookie.

I ordered my husband several items from the Draftkings Store online for his birthday. I had an issue with the hat I ordered and although it took several days to receive a responsevia email, the customer service was extraordinary once I did. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. It was worth the extra $ for expedited shipping. The box the items arrived in was very nice. I am extremely satisfied and while continue shopping on their site.

Since the day I signed on with DraftKing I haven't received my bonus rewards, it has been a on going regal pain dealing with DraftKing customer support. They are rude, never get to the point of the issue and just brush you off with a stupid response that has nothing to do with the issue. The have these contest the advertise for customers opt in. The more you spend the higher up the ranks you receive. They send emails saying you have made it up the rinks and say you won this amount of free chips but they never really receive what they say you won. It's false advertising. I have tried explaining multiple times to DraftKings customer service, I have sent pics of the emails saying I won, All that customer service did because I tried to get what I earned and rewarded from there emails stating I have. There answer is I all ready played. Just because I tried to explain numerous times and spent observed amount of time trying to only get back my rewards. DraftKing started to send me distasteful emails and even had the nerve to cancel my account till I had to explain I wasnt addicted to gambling. Just because I want my rewards. DraftKing is the only casino who doesn't give bonus after ech deposit. They only hold these games they offer weekly. Worst part you have ti deposit about $2500 just to get $100 in rewards. Don't be a fool as I was and opt in on DraftKing promotions. They are rigged. And false advertising..

Do not trust draftkings! I made an account that somehow got linked to another account, verified all my info 3 times then they locked my account and took my $ I Just deposited into that account. They're customer service is trash and so are they. Avoid them at all cost! I suggest using Fanduel as they seem to be more customer service like than TrashKings.

Has a huge issue with a Bj hand. An auto rebet of 350 was placed ans I was only one at the table. 12 min for dealer to shuffle ans I requested 13 times for assistance to pull back rhis bet and not play the hand. I was the only player on the table. Ironically, the table connection was disconnected /then reconnected. Happened 4 times in 5 min losing over 1k. Sent 5 emails., with no response. They took my money and considered this my fault.
You can put an immediate ACH stop with your bank that will not allow your money to be taken from your aco$#*!. I advise do not play download or even deal with the headaches. You will regret It

Total scam site-BEWARE. If you play the casino games they are totally rigged, no,"fair gaming" at all. I played the roulette and deposited a few hundred to test the validity of the site. I played a dollar at a time on the roulette and if I lost, I would slightly increase my bet each time. I played BLACK each round and the game fell on red 12 out of 13 times, including 10 straight times in a row. The probability of that happening is slim to none. They will STEAL YOUR MONEY- DONT USE THIS SITE!

Opened an Illinois sportsbook account with Draft Kings, and had my account locked twice - the geo-location software requires Windows, Android or Apple phone, and wireless. Accessed the account via a Windows virtual machine on my Linux Desktop, and it locked the account. Could not get any help from customer service, so after two weeks I closed out my account after withdrawing all my funds. Which seems to be the only smooth part of the operation - deposits and withdrawals.

I tried out Draft Kings Casino on 4/21/19. I tried out their Texas Hold'em Table game software. I had just finished streaming the Houston Rockets game without any lag or freezing; my internet is very strong. I played a couple of hands at their Texas Hold'em table game and my money was stolen. The software was for their "live dealing" game, but it was malfunctioning. It kept getting disconnected and skipping my turns to act on the flop turn and river. The buttons you would use to act would disappear once I was reconnected so I was not able to act in the way I wanted to or would have in person. I would be disconnected and come back to see that my money was gone without the casino software having to showdown a hand. It would continue my wagers without me clicking on the next hands and the same process would incur until I ended up losing about 800$. Basically, their software autopiloted my betting and disconnected me so I couldn't act, then would take my money without showing down a hand. All of these malfunctions should cause the bets to be illegal, but DraftKings not only refuses to discuss the matter with me (i contacted them approximately 20 times asking for them to call me back and they kept saying they would, but just kept ignoring all of my requests and now I am being told the matter is closed and they wont discuss it.) They said they did an investigation, but I was not consulted, and no results of the investigation were released to me. This seems highly illegal and very unethical to be able to steal money from their customers with glitchy software, ignore 20+l customer requests to discuss the matter, not release any information to me on the investigation, and have no system of checks and balances on software that is stealing money from customers.

I am absolutely disgusted that an online casino has to stoop to theft to run a business and doesn't even have the nerve to speak to the customer on the phone about the matter. They literally just stole my money and refused to talk to me. The ultimate slap in the face to someone who had been using their product for years!

I used to be a very small fantasy games bettor on Draft Kings and Fan Duel. I realized after only 2 weeks that these games are fixed. I always picked the best players but l never won or even came close to winning. I watched the live games on television. Although my players were always scoring points, MY FANTASY POINTS changed only slightly. L always lost to the same players every time. Lf l entered a game with only 50 players, by game time there was suddenly 300 players entered and I ALWAYS finished in 300th place. Phony or just a coincidence? The fact that the NFL (National Football League) allows these fantasy games to advertise during football games makes me think twice about the honesty of football and all other sports that advertise fantasy games.
