They won't let me withdraw my money and their customer service is the absolute worst I've seen of any company my entire life. Do not use DraftKings casino sportsbook you might as well light your money on fire!

Draft kings is changing their line up algorithm to make it much harder for people to actually win. Most of the competitions now are not won by one person but 50-100s of people because they make it to where most people will pick a certain line up. I noticed they are leaving players off of the lineups that are actually playing and leaving ones that aren't playing on there so nobody actually has a chance of winning very often. It's theft but they're trying to be sly about it. I emailed them and let them know I noticed how they're changing things and how often they are because I can notice stuff like that, and they restricted my account for 3 months and said I had a gambling issues based off of my response, and my only response was telling them exactly what they're doing, and how often theyre doing it, and they showed them I could win every other one if not place in almost every competition now that I understood their process of line ups because it's not completely random. Once I started winning thousands, off of small small betting amounts they decide to restrict my account for 3 months. I told them they can have it, and I'll just report it and let everyone know that's what they'll get if they play draft kings. I'm sure they are all that way in their own way but draft kings seems to care a lot less about human beings actually

This company is a bunch of thiefs and is holding money I won and giving every excuse not to pay me. Id verification 100 times and proof of everything they asked for and still won't unlock my account to withdrawal my money. Company is a joke and for a 65 year old veteran try to tell me how to spend my money is a joke. Crooks and criminals

Had a 100$ bet on blackjack. The game crashed before cards were dealt and they did not refund the bet. Literally stealing from their patrons

This site is not up to par for all the other site. Even still I've been eait a week for a withdrawal of 30$...for real. I'm done with it. Not worth any money you put into especially if you can't get a 30$ withdrawal out. Not worth your time.

Any text communication that you have with your VIP rep is monitored. I recently asked how to close my account in a text message. I was instructed to go to the app and follow the instructions. Remembering, I wanted to wait because I had comps from slot play. Within an hour of that text message, the account was put in restriction for review. It has been 4 days with no communication. I feel like my privacy was violated, as the VIP rep is there to make sure you keep playing, they are always kind and accommodating. In retrospect, I should have known and probably agreed to some obscure terms for text monitoring hidden among the 20 pages of terms that only a lawyer could understand. VIPS. BEWARE. THEY ARE LISTENING TO EVERYTHING YOU SAY OR WRITE WITH REGARD TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR PROMOTIONAL MONEY IF YOU SAY THE WRONG THING.

I do not care what anyone says, they cheat some how! I was playing Majestic Cats and the more I was winning, the more the game froze and would not come back on, I had to keep logging back in. When I logged back in, I wound up losing all those winnings. I find that to be very suspicious! They loss another customer!

My R.O.I was in the postive so they suddenly closed my account. They emailed me saying I violated one of there policies but wouldnt tell me which one. I have over 8 emails telling them to send me my deposited money of $500. Hope everyone reads the reviews before giving there money to these scumbags.

I agree with all the comments. If you lose a lot. You are the king. But God forbid you get on a hot streak, and win. Then they will accuse you of suspicious behavior. And lick you out. You have to fight to get your winnings. There mission is to wipe you out. Anyway they can. Alot of there behavior is immoral, and probably illegal. So go to bovada sports book or betnow, you will be happier.

DraftKings is such a $#*!ty sports book dishonest cheaters and customer service is garbage here proof I won and they won't pay bet 365 pay same exact ticket just wager amount but DraftKings grade as a lost

DraftKings took my money and will not let me use it or give it back. I think that is all that I need to say.

This site is a joke, save yourself time and a headache, join Fan Duel, got locked out of my account and it was a nightmare dealing with them, in the end I cashed out my winnings and closed my account. They didn't even care or ask what the issue was, I learned the hard way, don't make the same mistake. Good Luck.

I'm lucky to have time to play small potatoes poker but with my thousands of hands played there are obvious patterns in dealt cards being played. This isn't a random number generator service, nope there's greasing of the gears that spit out patterns you never see live.

While trying to bet $110 on a game somehow I bet $1109 on accident. I noticed it right away and tried to figure out what to do since the game was kicking off very soon. The only option I had was to cash out bet, which was for $120 or so less. After that I contacted customer support thinking they would refund me the $120 that was lost since the game still had t kicked off yet. The agent told me that since I cashed out there was nothing that he could do. I asked what did you want me to do wait until after kickoff and get nothing? Well he was rude and I closed my account which he advised me to do. BetMGM will let you cancel a bet the next day with no penalty unless of course there is a line move.

I was winning on DraftKings and cashing out like crazy, I normally use my debit card but I had exceeded the minimum for the day so I was using my daughters card, when I was loosing they had no problem with receiving funds from it but when I was hitting they locked me out and than asked for all cards banks statements and I'd and everything, than came back and said that I violated some bull$#*! but normally other casinos won't let you deposit anything without the card being in your name to being with, so they locked me out and said they have terminated my account for violating something except they also claim I forfeited all my money I had in there and also I had already pmacwd over 300.00 in bets for the superbowl and they won't refund my money they kept all my money and he clearly stated I won't get it back. Everyone needs to file a claim with the gaming commission in your area to the bull$#*! and fraud they are committing and keeping my money they ain't gona do, so since they say I violated why aren't they obligated to pay me what I donated to them in losses in the card? Bunch of pieces of $#*! scamming casino I have ever met, now they want to keep my money and the money I used to deposit it for the card they claim I violated to use that was not in my name

Too many freezes and glitches, won't play again. Very annoying and doesn't pay out as much as you bet...waste of money!

I played with a lot gambling sites and mostly as any player know you loose your money,didn't have any problem with anyone. First time in my life i took some money,it was singles bet always and i took ******* k than after that they reduce mu bet to 200 $. I ask them why is that,they told me they can choose to do what ever. The game Dollar King Thundercash froze while I was playing & would not process my winnings or the ability to proceed with earning additional money. Customer service said they reviewed the transactions but wouldn't comment on the screenshot shared proving my winnings. 4 Thundercash icons wins $10 plus 8 additional spins to claim more money. Customer service brushed off my request. I suggest NOT playing any casino games on DraftKings.
