Worst betting platform i ever used! I deposited $5K and the immediately locked my account and I cannot get my money back. Its been almost a week and they stopped replying to my emails and locked me out of my account. DO NOT trust this site!

The live dealer literally took my double down at Blackjack table 4, i won, and then it said "it couldn't take my double down bet" BUT IT DID and didn't pay me. I've been trying to email and call them for a week, i just get sent to this message system. Every other $#*!ing casino has a live chat/or a PHONE LINE. Not draftkings tho. They don't care. Only worse casino is Barstool but y'all give them a RUN for their money. Stick to Fanduel/MGM.

I'm a sports gambler and mostly retired and have enough time to enjoy myself watching sports.

Draftkings is the UNDISPUTED #1 Sportsbook in Massachusetts and I would assume that stands for everywhere too. They have the MOST BONUSES and FREE BETS in the industry and NOBODY COMES CLOSE to beating them.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with other Sports-books.

Draftkings is the only Sportsbook that you'll ever need.

Your commercials are so bad and it's obvious you can't even find actors with any talent to perform in them. I would never even consider using your scamming betting services. Loser's!

I have made several attempts to unlock my account. I had mistakenly clicked Paypal to transfer funds although I should have chosen Venmo. Since I do not have a PayPal account with the same email address as my Draftkings account.,they locked my account, giving me no access. Draftkings continually asks for a.pdf bank statement for a Paypal account under one email address and I continually tell them that there is no such account and has not been since 2009. My Paypal account is under a different email address but they refuse to unlock/unrestrict my account. So basically I have $40+ dollars in a Draftkings account which I can not access. They are holding me hostage asking for statements of an account I do not have. I sent them my passport and me holding my driver's license thinking that would have been enough. I just want my account to be unlocked so I can access my money. I have emailed them for over a week with no resolve.

This site is such a joke and they're so shady customer service is the worst their promotions are not in your promotion box until they feels a good time to put it there which is normally when you finish playing not like every other site every other site at midnight they put up all the promotions for that day DraftKings throws them in your box no kidding usually right when you're done playing to try to get you to deposit more money and then they went and took away your withdrawal methods I can no longer withdraw with my bank debit card that I used to make my deposits I have to sign up for that crooked company PayPal if I want to withdraw my winnings and then they have the nerve to put online that they're the number one ranked casino what a joke

I tried to open DraftKings sportbook account, NJ resident, and it was NOT smooth process. I was actually locked out of my new account - without being told why. I had to email customer support to ask why my new account is locked. Then it took a week for SUpport to permanently close my account. And to think I was actually a former DKNG stock shareholder. FOrget about it.

Well I'm driving in pa.in the am and I'm playing slots and get booted because of unusual activity? And was told that thier outstanding customer service would work it out.well days later and I can't get my $$ till I jump threw hoops.hey guys trust me theyare trying to keep my $$$ I have friends that told me the same thing happened to them...lol I was playing slots lol

They run scam promotions. Customer service is a robot. If you win money they will limit your account with no explanation. They don't care about their customers. Need I say more?

I bet with DraftKings for a few weeks/ months. It was ok at first. Basic sports betting app. Then I randomly couldn't deposit money into the app to place bets. It just locked me out for 2-3 days. Then I could randomly deposit again. Weird. Then it happened a second time. Same thing, a few days then I'm good. Then it happened a third time, that's when I linked my actual bank account to DraftKings instead of using my debit card. It let me deposit my funds, and then immediately restricted my account fully. I couldn't withdraw the funds they just let me deposit, I couldn't place a bet, I couldn't even add more money. Nothing. Just frozen. Customer service said it could be a few days to figure it out, it could be faster. 13 days went by before they finally "figured it out". Only after I had to send them a picture of my drivers license next to my face, my complete bank statements, my card statements, and my wife's bank statements…. Then they took another week to finally unrestrict my account. No compensation for this, no explanation, nothing at all. I've tried to contact customer service a few other times over issues and couldn't even get a response, let alone a helpful one. They've voided my bets when I've won them before due to "issues", and I've heard a few different people mention that if you win over a certain % of the time, they restrict your account and you can only bet a few dollars at a time. HUGE scam of an app. They're terrible. Highly recommend going elsewhere. I've been on ceasars Sportsbook since this last issue and they seem much better so far…

They have locked my account after they cheated me out of 600 worth of bets, I won fair and square and they won,t even return my original deposit let alone my winnings. They have been cheating people alot, they are cheats crooks whatever, how cheap can you get. They are a billion dollar company that keeps my 200 it's almost laughable.

They took 600 from me when draftkings rocket was malfunctioning. After I took the time to send emails and screen shots they still didn't offer a damn thing. Thousands of dollars have went to them from me and they do nothing! Absolute scam artists

I recently opted in for a casino deposit bonus. As soon as I deposited my $50 NONE of the money became withdraw-able. They basically forced me to gamble for as long as possible to get my money back. I didn't realize how long it would take to be able to withdraw money and tried to forefit my bonus money. This someone ended up wiping my account to $0. I would highly recommend a platform such as fanduel over these scam artists. Also customer support was terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Avoid avoid avoid!

I have tried multiple fantasy sports websites and sports books, and Draftkings is the worst and most corrupt.

I experienced multiple failures of the website with doing payouts and entering incorrect statistics. The support team had a rude attitude and never did the correct thing and refused to assist me.

Draftkings gives sports betting a black eye and should be avoided. It is a poor and corrupt experience. All the people I dealt with were disgustingly bad.

They burned me for 10 dollars? So sad and so dumb! They randomly changed their the deposit page to a shady "special one time offer deal". This "special deal" could not be closed or bypassed so I reached out for help over and over and the customer service reps sent me a link that went right back to the "special offer". At some point I just assumed if they keep sending me to it then it must be fine. WELL it was not! It was a scam that you could not move or withdrawl! I'm sure they burned someone for much more than my 10 dollars… which I could care less about, it's the principle. I was told I could be refunded after 24 hours and then after 24 hours I was told NO! Be super careful with this site! Customer service has now been just completely ignoring me. It feels sooo wrong and dirty. Like "we got his 10 dolllars, turn off the lights and pretend we're not home". Figured they could at least just transfer it over to the Sportsbook? Would have given it right back in no time! I now understand the horrible rating this site has. The business motto of lets grab 10 dollars right this second instead of 10 dollars a day for the year is not a good one.

I just wasted 45 minutes of my day trying to deposit money into this bug infested website.
There is no live help available.
If it is this difficult to deposit money, I can't imagine the ordeal I would go through to get my money out.

Long story short they refuse to let me withdraw my $******* and after disputing with them for 6 days they blocked my account and ended communications me, while still holding on to my funds that I deposited.
