Upon return, they take 10% for the return fee. They also keep shipping cost of 30 dollars and you have to order all over again to get a dress. I went to Amazon and got a better dress cheaper and faster with the same if not better quality.

I ordered a cute dress form my son's wedding. The first clue I got that the item was coming from China was when they gave me the tracking number. When the item arrived, it was adorable, but it did not come close to fitting. I asked fro a size 6. This was probably a size 0. Then they said I couldn't exchange because it was custom. It was not custom, I asked for a size 6. When I called customer service, it went straight to voicemail. I will eat the money lost!

Ordered it from them and received it before the date I required, The dress meets my requirements, the handmade is very well, then sequins on the dress is very shinning, I think it is worth the price.
