I ordered a dress from this company online. I never received a confirmation even though my credit card has been charged. I have repeatedly tried to email, but there has been no response. When I type in the order, it only says,"processing." This has gone on for several weeks. Is this even a legit company, or is this just another foreign sham?

I am really disappointed in this company. I was reluctant to use them, as there are so many homecoming/prom dress websites that are really not to be trusted, but these guys seemed really legit.
I ordered my daughter a dress ( it was on sale), however, the measurements listed online were very incorrect. I just needed a size smaller, as I went by the listed measurements, EXACTLY, but the dress is either grossly missized, or the numbers online are just wrong.
So, I looked for a phone number to explain my issue and ask for an exchange but nothing could be found ANYWHERE. So, after some extensive research, I found that this company is online only and cannot be contacted except via email. After more research, I found that they actually do have a retail store called

I called them and was told I would received an RA number in order to return if I requested it by email. So, I did. And I waited. The next afternoon I received an email telling me Sorry, it can't be returned because it was a final sale, and they copied their "return and exchange policy" onto the email as proof that it could not be returned ( I ask to exchange due to THEIR error, not mine). So, I caution you against this company. I'm very unhappy to have a dress I cannot use and now being forced to purchase another one. I always buy my daughter a zero but after reading their measurements and then measuring my daughter, I decided to get the 2 as, according to their website, was her exact measurements. It was wrong.
