Tools to get healthy again

His book is excellent and taught me a lot about nutrition. I highly recommend any of his books. He is very knowlegable and presents his knowledge in a manner most ppl can understand. His recipes are easy, and really make a difference in how I feel. I love the "gnombs" to eat daily.
