Many troubles with Inverter EaSun Power 5.6 kw Igrid SV IV. The battery first blocked in short circuit, now the photovoltaic side completely disappeared. 2 months work and the inverter again in package ready to ship back to? I don't know!.
I bought on Aliexpress and the warranty is 2 years. However, customer service does not respond, without providing me with any indication for replacement or repair. Please don't trust Easun Power, it's not a serious company, they are scammers. Money thrown!
I purchased 2 Easun Inverters Model IGRID SV IV 5.6 KW.
Both not functioning and show short circuit side battery pack. These machines do not respect the saved configuration parameters. It is not possible to save parameters such as battery charge adjustment, cut off, transfer electricity to the national network etc.
These inverters can be dangerous to people's health.
Bought x2 solar mppt chargers, the second was a replacement when the first failed.
The second one arrived faulty. No help from them goodbye another $139
