On Oct. 22,2017 I purchased 3 tickets for a futbol match between Real Madrid and Barcelona on Dec. 23,2017. The deal made was for 3 tickets in Category 1, of course sitting next to each other, to be delivered the day before the match to my hotel in Madrid. This was a Christmas present for myself and my kids.
The tickets were delivered on time however they are for Category 2 sect. 704 the highest section in this stadium and none of the tickets are together. I am serious!
I can not get a hold of anyone at easy sports tickets. I have gotten a hold of the delivery service in Madrid and they said "what do you expect when dealing with a second party? " The face value on these tickets are $105Euro. I paid over $2200 US for these three tickets.
Please, I will fight this fight as much as I possibly can. I will write the truth in reviews. Do not make the same mistake as me. This is so wrong!

Was promised tickets too Juventus-Inter in Torino (9th of december). It even said in the mail i was GUARANTEED too get the tickets. Everything went really smooth untill TWO days before the event. They canceled our order telling us they could not get any tickets for us and that the refund could take up too 30 days untill it was in on my account again.
Simple site to use. Quite slow at peak usage times which is poor as there will always be a rush when tickets first go on sale. Good ticket confirmation email.
Bought 3 tickets for Real-Atletico. I was VERY worried. Stupidly, I started reading the reviews only after buying the tickets. 9/10 people had had negative experiences with the site/delivery of tickets and that worried me. I called the credit card company to let them know what I was reading and they recommended I waited until the day of the even and assured me my money would be reimbursed if they didn't deliver them. I kept emailing them, their whole system is very sketchy as they don't really communicate with you throughout the process. Long story short I received the tickets through email in PDF 3 days before the event. I would suggest keep bothering them via email/phone so they have you in mind and end up canceling orders or whatever else they do (from reading other reviews).
I have bought tickets for Barca v Celta Vigo for my sons 21st birthday treat.
Have booked flights for 5 people and have booked accommodation. Everybody EXCEPT the company above has responded but still have not received tickets 12 days after booking. I will let you know what happens next!
Juventus -Barcelona. Paid 650 euros. They cancelled the order one day prior to the event. Tried to call them on phone. Never got a reply. Tried the chat on website. First the operator asked me to contact delivery department and disappeared. After that tried to contact them again on chat or phone... no reply. Finality: plane, hotel and car rental booked for NOTHing!
Don't buy tickets from them! It's scam... We bought tickets for Barcelona vs Juventus, we went to Barcelona for match. Unfortunately we didn't get to the stadium because our tickets ware invalid (!) I called to the office and some lady there told me that she will fix it immediately and that I still have one h, but the game was already started, she wasn't nice and didn't listen... Of course she didn't fix it so we didn't see the match... They gave my money back because I told them that I had spoken with police. But we lost money and time to get to Barcelona. It was really sad
