After hearing the Ad on 96.3 FM St. Louis Radio 3 or 4 times, I followed on to Touhill.Org which is connected to Mo. University in our City and State.
I then ordered 3 tickets to the Micheal Jackson Review to be seen in St. Louis, Mo. In the Touhill theatre.
I was then informed that the tickets were to be picked up in Branson, Mo. $184.00 was lost since no show was planned in St. Louis per ad on November, 22nd.

BRANSON SHOWS ARE A SCAM! I DID THE BOGO ABD IN REALITY BECAUSE OF THE TAXES AND FEES THEY CHARGED ME. WHEN I BOUGHT THE TICKETS IAT THE END OF PURCHASING IT GAVE ME 2 OPTIONS I COULD HAVE TICKETS EMAILED TO ME OR SNAIL MAIL. OF COURSE I PICKED EMAIL. ALL I GOT WAS THE ITINERARY. SO I CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO PICK UP TICKETS IN PERSON. WELL THAT CAN'T HAPPEN BECAUSE I LIVE IN INDIANA. THE TICKETS WERE A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY DAD WHO LIVES IN NIXA. SO THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME A FEE TO PUT THE TICKETS IN MY DADS NAME. I TOLD NO WAY AM I PAYING FEE FOR THAT! SO I TOLD THEM JUST CANCEL THE TICKETS AND WAS TOLD YOU GUESSED IT HAD TO PAY A FEE. I SAID NO WAY TO THAT AS WELL! I WAS ALREADY PAYING $54.00 AND SOME CHANGE FOR TAXES AND FEES. THAT CANCELLED OUT GETTING A FREE SHOW. I TOLD THE GUY I WAS TALKING TO I WANTED MANAGER AND HE PUT ME THROUGH TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND TOLD HER I WAS NOT AUTHORIZING THEM TO CHARGE ME ANY TYPE OF FEES AND IF THEY CHARGED ME ANY I WOULD DUSPUTE IT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. SO THEN SHE SAID I COULD GET MY DADS NAME ON TICKETS BYT COULD NOT CANCEL THEM IF I DID THAT. SO I SAID YES PUT DADS NAME ON TICKETS. ALL THE FEES THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU IS UNBELIABLE! ITS A SCAM TO ME! I WILL NEVER USE BRANSON SHOWS AGAIN!

Called to find out what location gave us the best all around view and what seats we could get.
Customer rep advised best location which we purchased. However, no seat selection was an option on site. We called again to make selection and we were told we couldn't make selection, but we would be given whatever was available.
Still no confirmation or what our seat# are. Will never use your site again.

I was repeatedly asked to enter my phone number and requested to have either handicap or aisle seating as my wife has Parkinson's Disease. The last time in Branson, I also requested this with as few stairs as possible, but the request was not honored. I'd appreciate some verification in advance to know if such a request was accepted so we would know whether she'd need her walker which is sometimes needed due to balance issues.
Overall was great, not a fan of trying to get sold a vacation. I get it though it's part of the job. Just like to get tickets to a show workout that part.
