Great service and parts

Have made several orders and they were all exactly what I needed. The technicians are very helpful. Had 1 damaged product and 1 small part missing. Ecklers quickly replaced each item without any issues.

Couldn't get the new customer 10% off

I talked to 3 different people in three different departments and noone could get me the discount advertised online. The code never came to my email or spam folder.

In Alaska, we don't get USPS delivery to our homes. They shipped one item UPS and one item USPS. The one that came by USPS was returned. I called and requested that they resend another either to my PO Box or by UPS. Almost a month after I had placed the order, the old one still hadn't been returned to them and they hadn't shipped out a replacement to me. When I went online, Missy told me I have to wait until they receive the old one back and I need to be patient. Meanwhile the item was bouncing back and forth between 2 post offices. I cancelled the order and order it through summit. It was half the price.

We apologize for the issues you experienced with the CA Repair Harness. Park and Turn Signal Lamp (80-82 Corvette C3) you ordered, but it was not delivered due to the issues with receiving USPS mail at your address. We were not aware of this issue when the order shipped out. If items are under about a pound, we and our partner vendors will normally use USPS to ship the item. We are working on refunding you the cost of this item. Once this is completed, you will receive an email confirming the refund.

Due to this issue, and to thank you for being a loyal customer, we issued you a credit on your account. This credit can be used on a future purchase and is valid until 4/30/2026.

Experience was fine. THe only issue I had with a previous order is that I never received any email notifications on my order. I chatted with a representative and we verified my email was correct but I still did not receive any emails. I still received my part quickly.

Anouther delivery failure

It has been a while since I ordered from Ecklers and now I remember why. In my experience, you always lie about the delivery date. You promise delivery on a date that you know is not going to happen. Then the customer makes plans based on the erroneous delivery and gets really angry when the delivery is not what was estimated when purchased.
Your whole delivery system is based on the old bait and switch scam! A company that operates like that has NO INTEGRETY.

Price change beware!

You raise the price on parts. And then act like you giving 40% off. But the the 40% off is the extra money you added to the existing price so there is no savings. Example, detroit speed hide away headlights motors etc. It's always 539.00.

Yes, there are times that we need to increase the price of an item and there are multiple factors that we review and research before we will increase the cost. We want to be able to provide our customers with the items they want and at a good value.

Model T wood wheel spoke

I have a Model T wheel on my wall in my Man Cave that I had restored. I wanted to add to my other Vintage Ford items on the wall and this spoke finished it off perfectly. I was pleased with the fast shipping.

17" Z28-style Wheel Set

The sales folks I spoke with were helpful but not as knowledgeable of their product line as hoped for. Called to inquire price and availability on wheel set PN EK-33-*******-1. The Ecklers website was not clear whether this was a set of wheels WITH caps and lugnuts or a single wheel; website priced item # at $1299. 99.
Pricey for a single wheel but within budget for the advertised set.

Placed the order for one set on Nov 24,2025. Ecklers emailed ship confirmation on Nov 25,2025. My cc charged $1369. 12 on same day (shipping+taxes added). OK.
A single, beat-up, opened box was received Nov 28,2025 and contained only one new, undamaged wheel with nothing else. No invoice, no caps, no lugnuts.
After contacting Ecklers sales of the problem, I was told Ecklers would correct the order and fill the balance.
Ecklers emailed a Return Authorization for the one wheel on Dec 01,2025, which I packaged and returned via FedEx on their nickel the next day.
On Dec 04,2025, Ecklers emailed 'order #******* cancelled' stating that PN no longer supplied by mfgr. Quote:
"We are sorry that we were unable to meet your needs at this time. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been canceled. Any funds that were charged/authorized will be credit/released within 24 hours. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days to process this request."
As of today, Dec 21,2025, my cc HAS NOT been credited. Ecklers still has that money and I am highly disappointed. I want that money returned.

As a result, I will not select them in the future for ANY restoration parts on my project car. I will try their competitors and hope for better customer support. Fingers crossed.

It is a priority of ours to have orders shipped to our customers in a timely manner and that the order is shipped complete, This was not your experience, and we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you this situation caused you.

This was for a set of 4 wheels and they were to come with center caps. We do show that you returned that item that you received and we refunded you on 12/26/2025. Today, we also refunded the shipping for the order, as this was not automatically refunded when your return was completed.

Eddie, while I know this was an unpleasant experience for you, I would love for you to give us another opportunity. We issued you a promotional credit that can be used on a future order. Please note, this credit is valid until 3/31/2026.

71 lemans frame brackets

I talked to a tech to ask if for sure these parts would fit my 1971 lemans t-37 the tech stated after reviewing the manufacturer's information that he could not guarantee that. But there for a 68-72 gto he said he could not think of a reason why they wouldn't. I thought the same thing. So I felt he was trying to be helpful he just didn't have all the information he needed.

Bought 1 sat of latches for the convertable top, 1 broke with a weak rivet. Good thing I only needed 1. Date is sometime in april or may 2021. Second order for kick panels was very good.
