I had the skin condition cream recommended to me by a friend for my daughter's acute eczema. I was encouraged by the many reviews that said it cleared up their conditions within 2 or 3 days. If I didn't try it myself, I'd say it's too good to be true! After 3 days my daughter was clearer than she had been in weeks. Product arrived quickly too!
I learned the cream I bought for my infant has salicylic acid in it, which is not suitable for kids under 2. I emailed the company to let them know of my concern and have heard nothing back. This is unacceptable on both fronts - the toxic ingredients and the silence to my email concern.
I ordered the baby shower set (at the last minute). The site was easy to navigate through and check out was easy. It arrived a few days later, beautifully packaged. All I had to do was wrap it. My friend was ecstatic to hear about the products being natural and 'locally made'. I've told her how to order additional products, if she wanted more or something else. I was very disappointed to receive a product that looks " full size" on their website. The product I received was a sample size. It cost $25 ( including shipping) for my sample size.

We do not have an email from you showing any displeasure with the product. Your other email was responded to, so I am not sure if there was one sent that we did not receive? In terms of the sizing, all sizes are listed on the website. The Chest Rub is 10g and is the same size as any comparable product. This product has an expiry date of 3 years. Not much is needed with each application, and for most customers, it lasts them at least a year. A sample size for the Chest Rub would be 1g. I hope this helps. Dr Alexis

I ordered these as a gift for friends with a newborn. They arrived within two days of ordering, despite the fact I'm located in rural Ontario. My friends have indicated they are happy with the product so far - in particular the diaper cream.
I purchased one of the $30 nutrition programs two weeks ago and still have not received anything. I've emailed the company twice to ask for instructions without response.
I love these products and Dr. Alexis is very helpful and quick with answering questions. My issue is with the website. I do not like that I can't control my subscription or my credit card number within my account. I had complained about this over 4 months ago and this problem still has not changed. I had to contact someone directly for them to cancel my subscription because I realized I did not need the product as often as I thought. Once all was fixed, its been roughly 3 months later and I am once again being charged and sent the same product. (Received an email this morning). I am very frustrated with this! Do not make a monthly subscription with this website. I want my account deleted!

We do not have an email on record from the above email address, but this is a question we have been asked in the past that I am happy to answer. The cream is not dangerous. Salicylic acid treatment creams (typically used for acne) are not safe for use in children under 2. In those creams the percentage of salicylic acid is 2-5%. We use salicylic acid as part of our peservative system, and it is only present in the final product at a level of 0.1%, and helps to prevent the growth of bacteria in the products once opened.The preservative system we use is approved by the European Union, which has much stricter regulations on cosmetics.
