I thought I would receive a tracking number for my purchase so I emailed ecodirect. No reply. Nevertheless, package arrived within the specified time, so I am happy.

IN ORDER TO IMPROVE COSTS FOR NEXT ORDERS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER MAILING TO PUERTO RICO BY THE US POSTAL OFFICE WHICH IS THE POSTAL OFFICE HERE SINCE PUERTO RICO IS AN US TERRITORY LESS THAN 500 MILES FROM FLORIDA.

Website is user friendly and got product in a timely fashion, even due to COVID-19.

Both products showed up at my house at the same time. Both products showed up earlier than expected.

Very good.

Ordered 22, received 72, paid $25 in shipping charges for an 18lbs package that should have been about 6lbs. Ecodirect responded quickly and provided an easy return label for the extra units.
