The 14k gold magnetic clasp works beautifully. Small enough so I doesn't cause the necklace to shift while wearing it, and the magnet is strong enough so I am not worried about losing my jewelry! I have referred two friends to your website.

They advertise easy returns but they do not respond to any attempts to contact them to initiate a return. If you buy from them assume you will be stuck with the merchandise even if you don't like it

Attempted to return my order, sent three notices, no reply. Still hoping for some resolution. Followed instructions on website, at a loss what to do next. No phone number available.

They sent out my item within a few days, but unfortunately the earring back did not fit my earring. I requested three times for them to send me a return label, and a week later they still have not sent it to me. I was ready to call them right when I received this survey.

I ordered a set of replacement earring backs which ended up being the wrong size. I have tried almost every day since I received the item to contact them for a return with absolutely no response. The service email is a dead end and cannot receive mail. The contact form on the website yields no results. I haven't heard from anyone and at this point it feels like they are just waiting for my 30 day return period to expire.

I needed a replacement white gold screw for a pair of studs I had. It fit the current one I had perfectly. I was worried the size might not have worked but I went with the smaller one (Size.032) and it worked with a pair of princess studs that are from Costco. Really satisfied because I had not been able to wear these earrings for months.

Wrong replacement backs as describe above. Contacted company and ask for a prepaid label to ship back, once in receipt, will credit my CC for what I paid. Received response next morning.
