I found efavormart online when I was searching for decorations, etc., for my daughter's wedding. That was 10 years ago, and I have been a customer ever since. I have never had a problem with any of the orders that I have placed. The shipping is fast, and the products are just as they have shown them to be. I have a small business and I also have helped decorate for many weddings thru the years. I will gladly continue to order from efavormart!

If you are reading this review, you are most likely considering E Favor Mart/Ya Ya Creations/insert one of their many other business names here, for some sort of supplies for a special occasion. If I can persuade just 1 person from looking elsewhere, the time I spent on writing this review is worthwhile. I came across E Favor Mart while doing an internet search for frosted votive holders for my upcoming wedding. When I saw their prices, I quickly placed an order for frosted votive holders as well as candy scoops. I received my order promptly and was excited to see the votive holders and candy scoops. However, my excitement quickly dissipated as I heard glass stirring inside the box. I opened the box to find almost half of the votive holders were broken. In addition, I immediately started questioning the size of the votive holders that were intact. I attempted to fit either a votive or tea light candle in the holders and neither fit. I reviewed the website description, which clearly states a 2" diameter, pulled out a measuring tape and measured the outside diameter at less than 1 ¾". In addition to the size being misrepresented on the website, these do not suit their intended purpose. My disappointment with the merchandise didn't end there. I removed the candy scoops out of the box and out of their opened packaging and immediately noticed scratched off paint and broken handles. The candy scoops were shoved in a very small space between the box itself and the boxes of votive holders. It's no surprise these arrived broken. I emailed customer service promptly as I found there is no phone number listed for this company. A day passed, then 2, no response. I contacted the company via live chat instead and spoke with Christine. Christine offered to send me replacement votive holders repeatedly. Christine failed to comprehend that these "votive holders" do not indeed hold votive, or tea light candles and are useless to me, broken or intact. I was offered a refund upon receipt of the merchandise, but would only receive 80% and would be responsible for return shipping. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a call within 2 hours. More than double that time has passed, no call, and yet, I'm not surprised at the lack of response. I'm now pursuing this issue with the BBB. Ya Ya Creations has had 51 BBB complains in the last 3 years, 33 in the last 12 months. Those numbers speak for themselves.

It time as a hole that the public does something to shut down efavprmart and all sim companies. We are not getting anywhere by our self. They just more one to there next victimeTake them to small claims court. File in your state and there stats as well as credit. Card company state, They have no valid phone number It belongs to a different company than I purchased from. They are always closed and mailboxes on every level. The go under many names. I was looking for navy tablecloths for my daughters wedding. After reading some reviews I was a little hesitate to order from them. However their price was so much better than any I had found and I was ordering well in advance of date, I decided to take the chance. And I am so glad I did. They arrived when they said they would. I have taken all 12 tablecloths out and inspected. They are perfect! As long as I can t the wrinkles out okay I'm good. And budget is not busted!

They do not stand behind their products. Items received were damaged, and this is the response I got from the company:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Both the plates are not useable at all, if you can use them as is then we are willing to you refund you 30% off the item price of the two plates or we can reship you the plates.

But, if it breaks again in transit then we will not be able to reship or refund.

The items were not packed well the first time, I highly doubt they will be the next. I paid alot of money for this item and not my choice is to find something else! Dont trust them. They subscribe to poor business practices.

Terrible product, worst customer service. Ordered personalized ribbons and napkins. Such a POOR quality of print, crooked and misplaced, no color on some letters. They refused to refund or reprint. The customer service is so unprofessional. Do not buy any personalized items, you will be embarrassed for your guests to see them. I ended up ordering elsewhere and lost money. efavormart.com is the most unpleasant experience of all.

I was about to purchase $70 worth of products (4 rolls of satin ribbon) and after 'Happy Shopping' the shipping cost came to $65! To Sydney Australia. How convenient.

Do not trust, they are good at helping you 'add to cart' and online chat, however when it comes down to the crunch they are certainly misleading!

After reading these reviews I am glad I did not purchase anything. But they will obviously change their name after this... tip: just be weary of your final check out costs

Ordered a few packs of wedding bubbles the normal amount for an average wedding. They took my money said my order was placed and the following day received an email saying it was backordered for two months. Just beware they should not have taken the order if they cannot fulfill it. They should know their inventory. Very disappointing.

I purchased some fuschia roses for my wedding. The flowers were pretty and big online, however when they arrived they were awful. I might as well purchased flowers from dollar tree. They looked nothing like the flowers online. And when I inquired about returning the flowers and receiving a refund I was told about the 20% restocking fee. This website in full of crap. I wouldn't recommend no one to order from this website. This was a true learning experience about ordering online from a place without a contact phone number.

I own a small business in Toronto, Canada and found efavormart.com while searching for cheaper products. To make the long story short, they sent me the wrong product which does not match the product photo they posted on their website. I contacted them 10 times in total via email and live chat service (they don't have a phone number for customer services). They only responded to some of them, never clearly answered any of my questions, and kept insisting that they were right even after I sent them pictures of what they have on the website and what I received. It was talking to a brick wall. How can the first thing a customer service representative tells a client is "We sent you the right thing" without even asking for a proof or simply just asking "What is wrong"? Prpducts they sent me are no use for my business and without admitting that they sent me wrong products,

1) They offered me a refund but refused to pay for shipping
2) They changed the product photo the very next day

Guess what? I actually thought they might do that so I clipped their webpage on with the date stamped by my anti-virus program. I caught them red-handed. I can't believe they actually changed the picture to cover up their mistake. I've already filed a report to the BBB and I'm looking for other legal avenues to fight them back. I am also going to contact my credit card company if there is anything they could do since this is clearly a fraud. Obviously they won't be scamming everyone but there are many cases reported online and please do not buy from them and take a chance. They do carry cheap favours but hey, you could be the next victim of their fraud. Please do not take a chance which could possibly ruin your special day!

I bought different silk flowers (roses, lillies and irises) to match my party theme color. I later wanted to reuse the white and red/black giant roses my niece's sweet 16 but the site ran now and my niece's party would have past by the time they could re-stock. But I will definitely be first in line when the new flowers come in. I'm just in-love with the flowers, the flowers look good on photo and I can detach the heads to stick on styrofoam. Price-wise, 4 bunches of their flowers costs the same as 1 bunch of fresh ones.

I considered myself pretty internet shopping savy until I ran into this company. Had I found site jabber before finding YaYa's I would not have ordered from them. I needed a cupcake stand (acrylic) for my daughters wedding reception on June 25. On June 6th I ordered a 6 tier cupcake stand from YaYa's. It arrived a week later and it was nothing short of junk. One of the tiers was so warped you could wear it as an acrylic cowboy hat. One looked like it had been sent through a wood chipper and the top tier would not fit down on the tubing. I immediately went to the website and discovered they do not have a phone number to contact customer service. This should have been all the red flag I needed but at this point I needed to get a replacement. I emailed the company and told them what my issues were with the cupcake plate and they promptly emailed me back saying they would send a replacement. This took over a week to receive and when I saw the package yesterday in the mailbox, I knew that they did not send me a replacement cupcake stand. They sent the 6 inch top tier only. My daughters wedding reception is now only 4 days away and they are not guaranteeing me that they can get replacement plates to me by then. I don't believe I was dealing with someone that spoke English on chat because it took forever for them to respond to me and their English was very broken with sentences that did not make any sense. Please stay away from this website! If someone will tell me what else I can do to help put this sleazy company out of business I am all for it!

If I could, I would give this company 0 stars.
I had ordered some items from efavormart for our engagement party. Unfortunately, the packaging was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! It's really annoying because these gift items aren't presentable anymore! Now we have to spend more money trying to find something else to replace our original idea.
Learned a huge lesson and will never recommend this company to anyone. So if anyone's thinking about buying something... do yourself a favor, and put your money towards a company that will give you great quality for the price you pay!

I order some carnation flowers from this site wanted lavender and picture showed lavender and they sent pinkish red not lavender or no where in the purple family contact the on line chat the rept was very rude and basically said I can return but I will be hit with a 20% restocking fee... not to mention the flower are miniature size... stated they do not have a phone number to contact them...

This company is TERRIBLE! I ordered personalized ribbon for a baby shower that I am throwing and paid extra (twice) to have it rushed through the preparation process and again to have it rush shipped. When I tried to tie a bow for the purpose that it was purchased, the brown wording smeared all over the light pink ribbon. Instead, I tried tying a not, thinking that would suffice. I could not even do that without it smearing! After talking to someone on a live chat, she was very rude and told me that if I "handled the product more carefully that I should not have this problem." When I told her it was not a handling issue, but a product problem, she restated the same thing. She told me that the print was a "foil finish" and not a laser finish. I told her I didn't care what finish it was, but what good is a roll of personalized ribbon if it can't be tied?! I told her that I would like to know what my options were for returning/replacing this ribbon. (The shower is now 2 weeks away and there is not time to remake it properly) She then proceeded to tell me to call her the next day because she needed to talk with her manager. Since she would not comply with any of my requests and was extremely rude, I opened a dispute with PayPal because they will stand by their customers.
