I bought a log splitter on walmart.com from them for $460 then 2 weeks later they Canceled my order and then raised the price to $740 Keep in mind this is a logs splitter that you can buy from Another vendor in bulk for $220 a piece so Before they fulfilled the orders they just canceled them This is a very dishonorable company. I complained to walmart.com and they said they would Love to help me with a price match but because of their price match policy that Walmart wrote 4 Walmart by Walmart they could not I've told them that would be like me writing a policy not to stop at red lights and they stop responding They don't like to be called out on their b.s

Worst company ever
November 21, 2022

I will never purchase anything from this company ever again. I order something for my turtle and the item was late and broken when I received it. Walmart website was not allowing me to put in a request to return. I called multiple time and Joy Buy finally emailed me. They stated that it was over the time frame and can only give me a 30% refund for a item I no longer need because I purchased another due to the item being late and I received it broken. The item was only 11.00 and I received 3.00 and some change back. Awful.

I ordered 2 green home automatic vacuum sealers. The seller sent me 2 plastic sealer bags, not the 2 vacuum sealer machines as advertised. I will not order anything from (JOYBUY) again. Even after giving them the order numbers and sending them photos of the packages the sent me, they still tried to say that what i got was what i ordered. What a SCAM. I had to call Walmart to get a refund.

Bought a figurine off Walmart.com from the hit games and movie Sonic the Hedgehog for my daughter and it showed up in a reasonable time. But the head was backwards the legs were backwards and because of this the female figurine appeared to have an extended penis. That was the tail. Very inappropriate.

Run run run... They posted a table for a certain amount i bought the table when they realized that they didn't want to sell it for that much they lied about shipping it... USPS said they never received the item they lied about it being lost in transit because obviously if USPS never received the item it can't get lost they refused to give me the item due to their own mistake and then they laughed and sent repeated emails about a refund I never requested because they didn't want to give me an item that I paid for that they made an error on they are fraudulent scammers run run

Keeps delaying

I ordered the package around the beginning of February it was supposed to be here on the 16th. When the 16th arrived it was delayed until the 22nd, it arrived in the USPS facility where I live on the 21st and on the 22nd it was sent to back to another USPS facility and now it says delayed check back for updates. I have no clue why it's taking so long to receive one package, and I have a feeling that I am NOT going to receive the package I ordered. I spent a lot of money on this product and I was really excited to receive it. I will no longer be ordering from Walmart. Lesson learned. It's on them 100% for allowing them to do so much damage to their online services, they have messed up MANY packages. One review on their website said they messed up NINE packages, one may be a mistake but there is no way nine packages could possibly be a mistake.

Angry, a scam, no stars

I ordered an electric pet bowl to use in this cold weather for my outside cats. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday, no bowl, just a package with a round ping pong ball sized squishy plastic thing. Nothing else in the package and I have no ideal what this is supposed to be. Walmart is also getting scammed. Never buy from China but they don't disclose their location.

I bought 2 door mats, waited said shipping took forever to change only to say delivered, but no items arrived, company sends form letters for responded, so guess I say I got screwed for 29.99.
Oh said it was delivered my postal and in my mailbox. Realky two rugs for my floor could fit in a mail box. Look at all feedback before buying like I should of. Beware

I ordered a blouse as a Christmas present. It came it as an extra large, which is what I ordered, but was most likely an extra large for a child. They would not return it because it was out of their 30 day window. Their sizes are obviously not American sizes. I have been ripped off and from what I have read on these reviews, so have many many other people. Its a shame that Walmart is involved with this company.

Scam artists

I order an anti anxiety vest from Walmart.com that was from joybuy I canceled the item and they refused to honor the cancelation and are forcing me to take an item I do not wish to have. I have told them that for 5 days the USPS has had a label but are still waiting for the item they still refuse to cancel the item. They know that it has not bene shipped and they lie and say it has. Is this company so desperate that they have to rip off a customer of $19.06 that's junk they are not losing hundreds by canceling this order it is less than $20 and they refuse to cancel it and I don't care for liars or thieves of which this company is both!

Worst company

3 days before Christmas they told me they didn't even have the product I ordered. The heldon the mind money for weeks. Finally I had to write them and ask the reason that it didn't ship yet and make sure it was going to be here by Christmas because I had to order it somewhere else if not. They truthfully kicked me around for days. 4 days. Before finally telling me only 2 days before Christmas that their company is actually worthless and you cannot trust them... seriously, do not buy from these people.

It arrived late and did not function at all
They wanted pictures and videos just to return it but the video and pictures had to be a certain way and length. TOO MANY HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH FOR 1 PRODUCT THAT THEY SENT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BROKEN.
