I'm really impressed! I've had the opportunity to test Enence for over a week and I must say that it is really fast and accurate. This translator is awesome and it works great. This device is a lifesaver to speak and understand a foreign language. Highly recommended!

Enence is truly reliable. Completely pleased with this device which has very good accuracy. Ours paid for itself when we left a backpack on a taxi in Italy and were able to communicate the situation in detail via the translator to get the backpack returned. The Enence was also useful in helping us learn the correct pronunciation - we could listen and learn in advance. Recommend!

Very impractical translator that requires Smartphone/Blutooth/Wifi or Signal to connect to their Cloud!
Then, Very Deceitful,UnAmerican policy that requires to ship it back to LITHUANIA($60 BY USPS w/tracking) even though it came from New York State USA.
No need to say they dont want their Chinese electronic Back!
Dispute, Fight. DONT let them get away with "Smart Scam"...

Tried this translator and it worked well! Brought it with me in my most recent vacation and I had fun using it. Glad that it is easy to operate because I'm no tech savvy! Thumbs up for enence!

I am contented with Enence's performance. I got them to help me learn different languages. It took me less than 5 mins to set it up and then it was off and running. Very helpful and efficient!

It's easy to use and it's able to understand voice well. Easy switch to any language preferred. I use it frequently and it has always been very convenient.

Excited to test out the translator. First, I like its compact size. I downloaded the application on my phone which immediately performed an update, and then I pressed the translator button to connect the device to my phone. When I tried out the translator, it worked well with its translation. Surely, this device might be useful when traveling to a non-English speaking country.

I bought about 6 months ago and quickly knew it would not work independent of my phone. So, I contacted what they call customer service. Bad. Days go by. Another call, days later. Finally I speak to someone who tells me how to return. It was sent from New York. BUT, I had to sent to Lithuania! Plus $20 postal fee to ship overseas. More weeks go by, I call the Enence so called customer service. Days go by. They had a record of my return but said I had to prove I returned it. I should have bought on Amazon because they make sure you get your money back. I am still waiting. They said they would call back but NO CALL! I have a picture of the envelop. Maybe some day someone will return my money.

Completely pleased with this device which has very good accuracy. Brought Enence on our vacation and the experience was amazing! Everybody had fun using it. Looks very cool during use too. It may not be 100% accurate but the best thing about it is it is comprehensible to the person I was communicating with. It was memorable. I'd definitely bring this translator along in every trip I'll make. Quality and accuracy is proven and tested. Good job!

The accuracy of Enence is great so is the number of languages available. I use it to help tutor non-English speaking adults and it has never failed me. A little tricky to use at first, but the ease of use will come in a while then it will be very easy.

I like the simplicity of Enence, it is of great value. This device pairs with your phone and quickly allows you to translate and communicate foreign languages. The quality playback is low, but you also get a live text response so you can read what you can't hear. Charge only gave me 2 hours of constant use and 3 days of infrequent use.

Exactly as described, quality product! Will definitely recommend to others! As for voice? This is decent for voice as well. It works best for simple conversations but my husband thinks it misses some of the context for complex conversations. However, it gives me enough context and truly helps with communication so I'm happy with it.

I trust this brand since I have been using this for the longest time. Always a big help in communication language barriers. I count on this all the time.

This Enence translator device recognizes the spoken words very quickly and the desired translation is delivered promptly and this device is surely intuitive. I am happy with this product.

Got this perfect and amazing gift from my sister. Used this a couple of time in my travels. I can recommend this to anyone who has limitations in communicating to different languages. Perfect gift

New phone Android 12.0 Mobile Tablet Smart Phone.
I have downlowded the Muama Enence app on to the phone.
This contected the same as the old phone with bluetooth.
But when the silver device is used by pressing me nothing happens so when you press the green speaker sign shown on the phone it speakes through the silver device and the only other way the other person can speak back is by pressing the red speaker symbol on the phone.
The silver enence device button me and other button for other person just do not conect which is the same as with the old androids. 8 months trying to get it work with customer service since the programe update which stoped it working video sent to Customer service rep after buying a new android 12 but still same problems as does not work as the sales vidis show.
Friday I phoned the USa telephone and had a lengthly chat with a person about the situation and explaining exacly the the issue is stems from the updating apps in January and where Customer service rep in May emailed after recieving the replacement from April this now need Android 10 or 11 or higher to now work. So I bought a Android 12 which arrived after customs dela 14 days ago only to find the exact same problems that the enence silver device buttons do not allow translations, only the android green button detects voice then the spech is audio from the silver device all of which is shown in the vidio maid and supplied to you and still no answers. https://youtu.be/FCFz3SRczaE

Bought this as birthday gift for my spouse who is always out on business travels. He already used it a couple of times and so far he said he is satisfied. Says it's easy to use. Thumbs up to this.
