Product does not match functions and their customer service consists of one person and she refers you to a form on the website that is useless. There's no such thing as a refund, even after complying with all their policy requirements. Not helpful at all

It's nothing more then a blue tooth speaker. The translation aspect is based on a 1star app that doesn't work. Customer service is a joke. And a return is not an option. Repeat, they will not let you return for a refund!

Everyone please don't fall to this company. It's a scam. I received this product with high expectation yet the apps for this translator was outdated and the company didn't provide any solution on it. Therefore, this translator was useless without the app installed in your phone. When you try to return it, they delayed your process by not answering your call or email. Finally you got the RMA and you realized it was a company called UAB Orbio World from Lithuania. You have to pay for the return shipping cost. The product itself cost $89 including shipping. Yet the return shipping from USA to Lithuania is $159 with tracking number either by UPS, Fedex or USPS. I believed they try to make people keep the device without returning to an oversea warehouse in Lithuania even the device is defective or the app is not working. Please don't buy this device from their official website. Just go to amazon and purchase it over there and it's much better price, customer service and plus faster and free return if you are amazon prime member. I learned a huge lesson.

This company is a scam. DO NOT order from them. Ordered 1 pocket translator, but they charged me for 4 devices $220. Talked to a Yoshiko thru chatbot, because no physical number. She tried every which way to Not cancel my order after many times telling her I want it canceled. She said she'd send it over to the warehouse and they'll let me know in 48-72 hours (which would make it too late to cancel). Told her NO. Since she was ready to give me 50% off the total, and let me keep te 4 devices, that was their bottom line. She still would not cancel. Most expensive mistake for an item that is crap and will take 3 months to get here.

It's not a stand-alone unit as I expected, but requires a smart phone. It does not understand plain English input. Regularly misunderstands all of a phrase except maybe the last word. Translation (Spanish and Chinese) is wrong 99% of time. No voice output, only on screen to read. How does that help to learn a language? After a day of trying to get it to work, I decided to return it. My request was replied to offering a 20% discount, but I never could find out if that would be a money return or included in the 3 things offered with it. Included recipes, magazines and another health related product. I declined and was sent an RMA, to send the item to Lithuania. But, when I tried using 4 shipping companies, was told they can't accept Li batteries, Only UPS quoted $150. Customer service is worst I've ever seen. No phone numbers. Poor response after I rejected their 20% offer. I reported them to BBB, so will see what comes of that. Looks like I'm stuck with the POS. But I will tell anyone considering purchasing this POS. "DONT".

This is not a review of the product, but of the company's online marketing. I ordered one from their website. Was charged for four. Called customer service within 2 hours to cancel entire order. Told it was cancelled. About 16 hours after initial order, I received an email that the four had shipped. Called again and was told that the order couldn't be cancelled, in spite of what I was told, because "Due to our commitment to process orders quickly and provide speedy delivery, once the checkout process is complete, our warehouse is immediately notified to pack and prepare your order for shipment." Note I didn't get notice of it being shipped until over half a day later. They sent me a RMA and shipping label. It has to be sent to Lithuania to be returned! This will cost over $80. Don't know why it can't be returned to New York which is where it came from. Oh! BTW-its cheaper on Amazon and can be returned to Amazon if necessary.

In the promotional material the fact that you have to have the app open on your mobile phone is never mentioned. Whats the point. Just get a translation app on your phone. Not happy I fell for this.

I am one frequent traveller and Enence has always been a buddy for a long time. It's a very effective translator as experienced for one year now. Reliable and efficient in its purpose I highly recommend Enence! Real 5 stars.

Enence is a decent translator for its price. First of all, it seems sturdy and not at all cheap. Second, it's portable and easily fits in your pocket. Additionally, it accomplishes its goals well. It's all that I need in my travels, it performs 5 out of 5 and I highly recommend it!

Travelers might consider using Enence translator. It is generally highly dependable, and its performance is consistently excellent. Really, I'm amazed! Over a week of testing revealed that it is over 95% accurate. The box and the product both appear sturdy and secure. Two thumbs up so far.

Never did receive this product. Contacted to complain, was told that it was past the time to report unreceived product (90 days). Had product order number, etc., but they "no longer had any record of the order". This was from before Covid, so I also no longer have the order (deleted out of frustration.) From China, of course. Be careful what you order. Even the reviews might not be real.

Really, I'm amazed with Enence! I've had more than a week to test it out, and I must say that it is really quick and precise. This translator is fantastic and does a terrific job. The container and the product both have a premium appearance. I'm pretty pleased with it so far.

I just want the world to know that Enence worked amazing when I studied abroad and I would recommend this brand to anyone traveling to another country. It's simply useful and practical!

I seldom use Enence but when I do, I always have that feeling of gratefulness because it helped me a lot in communicating. Aside from that, it is able to establish rapport. This device looks good and is simply aesthetic. Looks durable too.
