When I placed the order the expedited delivery window was Wednesday to Friday, as I needed the order by Saturday, I paid the extra shipping charge. Unfortunately due to it taking two days to get the package to the Post Office, the web site was wrong and delivery was then quoted as Saturday at the earliest. I called the company and they did refund my expedited shipping, but it meant I would miss the package as I was leaving for a week. The Saturday shipping date was December 20th, the package eventually arrived on December 24th. My only conclusion, is that the mailing estimates on the website are totally misleading.

I buy herbal teas at English Tea Store and have to click on and then read ingredients of each in order to avoid much-hated hibiscus (though a pretty flower) which shows up in way too many herbal teas. Consequently a search takes an unduly long time. Fortunately it's possible to find a few of the teas I want, though the choice never varies.

The staff is s very helpful and the delivery was prompt. The only thing I would say, since I am a big Jasmine green tea fan, or snob This tea is not one of my favorites from this shop.

I found that it was very hard to choose which of Walkers shortbread offerings to pick as Christmas presents. Once I chose checking out and all was easy. Thank you so much for such an easy experience on your site.

We order the holiday tea selection in a cherry wood box. When opening the wood box the lid slide back and was loose. Upon inspection, the groove in the wood that the hinge goes into was split.
I called and was pleasantly surprised to get a live person who was very helpful. She sent me an email requesting pictures. I sent the photos back and a replacement new cherry wood box was sent out the next day! Great customer service.

We wanted some two-cup sized brown teapots at a price we could manage. This store had them! Our order came quickly and was very securely packaged - no breakage! I am very pleased with this vendor and look forward to using the English Tea Store for our abbey again.

My order for four jars of Robertson's mincemeat was fulfilled expeditiously. The box arrived sooner than I expected. The jars were wrapped expertly in bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition. Also, I wrote to Contact Us for suggestions on how much rum and whiskey to use for soaking the mincemeat and I received a very helpful reply.

I was looking for the special tea my wife had at the Empress Hotel in Victoria. I wanted it as a surprise Christmas present. Using Gemini I was directed to your web site. The order came just in time.

The process of ordering my teas was simple and easy. I submitted my order on a Monday night, and my teas were on my porch Wednesday morning. It could not be any easier than that.

It took a little longer to get this than I was hoping for but I got it before Christmas and was able to give it to my brother. He seemed happy with it.

I love that the English Tea Store always stocks my favorite loose leaf tea that I am unable to purchase in my city. The over the phone customer support is always great and very accommodating as I often enter my address incorrectly. They are quick to change it and my order is always delivered on time!

I'm very happy with the Buckingham Palace Garden Party loose tea. This is the third time I've ordered it. The taste is lovely.

Took longer than expected but worth the wait. The teas I ordered were so flavorful. My new favorite place to order loose leaf tea!

I had so many orders coming in for Christmas and Boxing Day, as family was coming from far and wide. I had bought tea samplers, so everyone had their favorite teas to wake up to on Christmas morning. A couple of items went out of stock when they got to my order. They contacted me as soon as it happened, offering an alternative or to send it as soon as it restocked. I had resigned to not getting them when they later contacted me that more came in and they were able to send them in plenty of time for Christmas.

I was happy for the most part, but one product, the honey sticks seemed to either burst in transit or were packed that way. In any case they were slightly leaking and crystallized where there were cracks in the packaging. I put them in a ziploc but it was a little frustrating to have them delivered like this. Otherwise, all other products were fantastic and I had a smooth experience with delivery. It was very fast and well packed.

I ordered 4 jars preserves. They arrived promptly as promised. But 1 jar was broken due to poor packaging. I would order again but would ensure that they are packed better.
