I love that the English Tea Store always stocks my favorite loose leaf tea that I am unable to purchase in my city. The over the phone customer support is always great and very accommodating as I often enter my address incorrectly. They are quick to change it and my order is always delivered on time!

I'm very happy with the Buckingham Palace Garden Party loose tea. This is the third time I've ordered it. The taste is lovely.

Took longer than expected but worth the wait. The teas I ordered were so flavorful. My new favorite place to order loose leaf tea!

I had so many orders coming in for Christmas and Boxing Day, as family was coming from far and wide. I had bought tea samplers, so everyone had their favorite teas to wake up to on Christmas morning. A couple of items went out of stock when they got to my order. They contacted me as soon as it happened, offering an alternative or to send it as soon as it restocked. I had resigned to not getting them when they later contacted me that more came in and they were able to send them in plenty of time for Christmas.

I was happy for the most part, but one product, the honey sticks seemed to either burst in transit or were packed that way. In any case they were slightly leaking and crystallized where there were cracks in the packaging. I put them in a ziploc but it was a little frustrating to have them delivered like this. Otherwise, all other products were fantastic and I had a smooth experience with delivery. It was very fast and well packed.

I ordered 4 jars preserves. They arrived promptly as promised. But 1 jar was broken due to poor packaging. I would order again but would ensure that they are packed better.

One jar of jam was broken. I have never had that happen before even with everything wrapped in bubble wrap. Everything else was as it should be.

I use red currant jelly for recipes and have a difficult time finding it in our area. I am happy to be able to order online! We used another company and received with broken jars and they wouldn't compensate for the breakage. Every jar from the Tea Shoppe was well packed and in perfect condition! I am very happy with our purchase.

I made an order for my daughter who is just getting into tea. I was able to avail myself of a nice selection of tea bags and looseleaf in their sale section as well as getting an infuser and single serving teapot and cup for reasonable prices.

Very much liked the choices as well as the ease of selecting a product! Wonderful Gift Box of Assorted Teas for a splendid cuppa!

Having lived in England for many years I have favorite food items I crave from time to time. English Tea Store is my go to store. Everything arrives well packaged and in a timely manner. The goods I have purchased have always been just as I remember. So yes, I highly recommend this store and will continue to patronize them. Thank you for your dedication in bringing us a piece of England!

Found what I wanted, easy ordering process, mailed to me in a reasonable amount of time, was exactly what I ordered, no damage.

Had a minor issue with my order-received an incorrect notice that my items were out of stock. I called to cancel the order and I was told the items are now located in the new warehouse and would be filled. Food arrived on time and all is well.

I made 2 orders this holiday season. One order had some things cancelled and not delivered. One order was split into 2 deliveries. McVitties biscuits and Christmas Candy must be hard to keep in stock this time of year. I will continue to support this company - this seems to be supply chain problems, perhaps due to tariff uncertainty. Not the Tea Store's fault!
