Great experience. Locating a vehicle at the last moment was simple. The desk representative was very helpful with the entire process. Very clean car was rented to me on a timely manner. Upon return I changed date/time and was amazed how easily I was able to do that on my phone. Completely and totally satisfied with the service.

Everybody at the front desk is friendly, and efficient. They always take care of my needs and are quick to make up for any inconvenience I had experienced… Which is very rare. Enterprise is my choice definitely and I highly recommend them. Oh yes… And they laugh at my jokes. Best people ever.

I rented car on December 2nd from Longmont Colorado and dropped car in Boulder because I work in Boulder. Both stores employees are very good people. If I have to rent car in the future, definitely I will choose enterprise car rental.

Would be 5 stars, as all staff, save one, were personable and professional. Excellent service overall. If you are new to car rental, don't let anyone try to stick you with a vehicle which is not clean (smoke smell, stains on seats). Ask to walk the lot to look at other options. No matter if you are at Enterprise or elsewhere, you're paying too much to be stuck in a smelly car.

Enterprise is our most preferred rental car services company whether it is for our trips in state or out of state at Airport location. A great team at all locations. I have already addressed my concerns on several forums at this point. Bottom line is that the company did not live up to their policy of having a receipt to the customer by the allotted time (18-48 hours). Which prevents me from getting paid by my work.
