My experience with Enterprise was business, as usual... Professional, rewarding in someways. I have been doing business with them from there start here in Jackson... Every business can improve themselves... On the scale of 1-10. I give them a( 7)
Have been using enterprise for over 20 years and always on time when needed only observation is they close midday on Saturday and not open on Sundays.
Everything was easy and hassle free from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful, the car was clean and ready on time, and the whole process went smoothly. Overall, it was a really solid experience.
The Elyria location gave me top notch service. They have a very well run branch, and everyone was extremely professional and caring. Cars were clean and new.

Location NEVER has the full size I always book. They put me in a lower class again and said they will take care of it. Still e as paying the full size car price when I extended. Then once it was returned, it took them almost a week to give me a receipt. Couldn't contact them. Called customer service to inquire about my return which was the worse part of Enterprise. As told the location has to close it out but they could not call them or do a 3 way to get this figured out. They know nothing and are rude. I was hung up on by a so called manager. This has been the worse experience ever, I will be sure to let others know how bad the service was especially when im paying $110 per day! I will certainly spend my money elsewhere, I demand the upmost respect and service and between your customer service and the location, I will not rent again. I will be going to Hertz or Next car. I also sent a message for corporate to call me and nothing. Enterprise has gone down and I will not use my personal or our business account again. HORRIBLE

Very disappointed. Wanted money every way I turned and I have insurance coverage. But I still had to buy ins from them. And at end of day they charged me 400.00 when I turned it in. They cost me 800.00 and I had ins. Suspicious. Yes

CODY AT THE ADA LOCATION WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. ENTERPRISE IS ALWAYS GREAT TO WORK WITH AS WELL AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES GETTING INTO A CAR THAT I NEED.

Very smooth rental experience. Pick up was easy, and the after- hours return was extremely convenient. Just parked the car and dropped the key in the box - no hassle at all. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience renting for the first time at this Enterprise location. The manager makes it so things run so smoothly. Everyone was so pleasant. The Manager was fully abreast of what each customer needed and what needed to get done. A smooth, stress free operation and they made me feel like they really cared and wanted to make sure my experience was the best it could be.

I live two and a half hours South of the airport in Little Rock Arkansas. I like being able to pick up a car in Little Rock and dropping it off in Bastrop LA which is 30 minutes from my house..

The SUV I reserved was not available, but I was given a minivan which was perfect. Luckily, they were able to get me a van because a car just wasn't enough space.

They consistently make the entire process—pickups and returns—fast, easy, and seamless every single time. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers really set them apart.
I've been working with this location for several years now—close to eight—and even though I live much closer to downtown, I gladly go out of my way to come here because the service is unmatched. I've had experiences with other Enterprise locations, and honestly, nothing compares to the level of service, consistency, and friendliness I receive here.

Agent went above and beyond by driving me to my car which was being serviced in another part of Elkhart.

Easy pickup. Easy drop off. It was a convenient location for me. I wish I would've asked whether the vehicle had cruise control. Vehicle had a massive coffee stain on the front passenger seat. Staff was very helpful.
