We broke the EGO hedge trimmer tool on July 12,2023 and I started to work on ordering the replacement part we needed that day. It is a commercial grade tool and newer to the EGO line so not many places carried the part needed. It took nearly 4 weeks just to approve my tax exempt certificate. An eReplacement representative was called 3 different times (with each call taking over 20 minutes) during this period to check on the progress and try to speed it along. The website did say it might take up to 14 days and it also said that an email would be sent when it was confirmed; that didn't happen. On August 8th after checking daily for the tax exempt approval I was able to order the part. It said that it would take 12-18 days for delivery. I received an email on August 28th that were would be a shipping delay. I finally received notice that the part shipped on September 1st and it arrived on the 5th.

Reviewed U-Tube videos for information and diagnoses.
Easily found the old gasket was leaking between the cylinder and crankcase.
Removed old Head Gasket from mower as per U-Tube videos.
Confirmed need for Head Gasket (see pics showing line/space where leak was).
Ordered Head Gasket and Valve Cover Gasket.
Parts arrived in the mail via USPS.
(I suggest in the future you use a stiff piece of plastic or cardboard in the packaging to prevent damage to the Head Gasket, preventing the mail carrier and others from folding the gaskets in half.)
Luckily my gasket was bent but not broken and still worked after installation.
I followed the suggestions from several U-Tube videos on cleaning of parts, testing the spark plug, proper torque of the Head, and 24 hour delay before final tightening of the valve cover to allow the gasket sealer to fully cure.
After installation of parts and testing my mower is fixed and no longer emits white smoke as before, and no longer backfires periodically.

I ordered a on/off switch for my Black and Decker weed wackier, once I placed my order, I was kept up to date on the filling or the order, then shipment status. The part came at least a week earlier than expected, even though it had to go through Canadian customs. That took the longest which is not a reflection on the Company. I will certainly order from them again.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
