I made some good profits back in the days and they did not give me my money they kept it for themselves.

They used to be great, now they sucks. They put a lot of limitation on their service plus if they do not give you more credit cards if you live in certain states. I am not even feel secure having my money there no more.

Have used etrade for the past 4 years. Great interface and user experience.

Easy to use. Everyone can use it easily. Stock prices are normal too and services are also valuable.

They first three transactions are but they make up some crap in the fine print that says its not free.

I lost $40,000 with these people, avoid its a waste of money.

I have had an account with etrade for a few years now and compared to other brokers, the fees are high and the customer service is not any better than any other broker. I think there are much better options out there.

Very easy to use. Been a client for many years and never had any complaints.

I had an account with them, but they "exited" the banking business & sent my account to another bank. Then, they invited me back to use their other services (stock trading). A simple email explaining what they were doing "would" have been nice, but I had to puzzle-out what the heck happened. Nope. I won't do business with them.

My last experience with you was around average but i hope to reorder you guys because the products were great so i should forget about delay in delivery

I use a few online brokerage sites and find Etrade easy to use with fast results. The fee's for trades are low and I like the interface.

Long time user. Very happy. Excellent execution means sometimes they get your stock at a better price than your order. The time invested in the site is valuable as you constantly encounter new and neat applications

Very diffult to navigate, and trading in shares is a nightmare! I lost more cashing out some stocks than I had earned! There is no place that gives you in English how to cash out! Had to call support to get me started and that was less than a good experience!

Awesome website. Very easy to use research tools, one click stock trades at a decent price, You can also easily manage all of your accounts, to include transferring funds to and from non Etrade accounts, which is quite handy if you have accounts at multiple financial institutions.
