The new locking pins for our Blue Ox Hitch towing our new jeep behind our motorhome fit perfectly and are very sturdy and easy to use.

Ordered on 3/5, received on 3/14. Online tracking said order was not received at carrier facility. Emailed and called eTrailer. Was told it might take up 14 days for delivery. If you're in a hurry, pay for UPS or FEDEX. Received the product I ordered, appears to be in good shape.

When I received my initial order the seal was not in there, I received 2 of the cable holders instead. I called and spoke with Kelly, she did some research and got the seal on order to be delivered to me asap as a storm was coming in and we needed our camper seal replaced to be able to use this weekend. She called me back and said that the original seal i ordered was out of stock and won't be back in stock till May. We did some research and she got me another seal and had it shipped. I received it yesterday, however, the weather has hit so I won't be able to see if it works yet, till after the storm. I did provide a 5 star rating because even with the issues and inconvenience this has caused their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend using E-Trailer for all your needs, they corrected the error and got the part out to me quickly. The GD manufacturer was no help with all of our RV issues, but E-Trailer helped us immensely! They have a customer for life.
