So we are out camping and once again having a TON of problems again! I am so unhappy and upset over our experience with your company with being sold this camper.
I'll start a time line for you so you can better understand our anger and frustration.
We bought our camper in MAY 2021. (NOT EVEN A YEAR AGO)
July - the SECOND time we took it out OUR TIRE was dry rotted. Driving down the highway on FOURTH OF JULY a tire pops and completely falls apart. We have to call and PAY for a truck to come ONE FOURTH OF JULY!
August- Our AC does NOT BLOW OUT HARDLY ANY COLD AIR.
October - we take it out and oh believe it or no OUR HEATER IN THE CAMPER DOESNT WORK!
We winterize it.
Now here we are again.
April - we get all hooked up turn the water and GUESS WHAT OUR TOILET IS SHOOT WATER OUT THE BACK! Soaking the back wall floors our clothes!
SO AT THIS POINT WE DONT HAVE HEAT. WE DONT HAVE GOOD AC AND WE FONT HAVE A BATHROOM. ALL WITHIN LESS THAN 365 DAYS!
We are paying for a glorified tent! I demanded and answer on how you are going to make this right. And TO TOP IT IFF the man who sold us our camper was FIRED 2 weeks later. So this all isn't looking very good!
Very Very pleased with our purchase of 2019 Coachmen pull behind camper. Can't wait til our first camp out that's coming up. It is the best purchase we made.
