Once I was instructed to download the app, everything was right where I needed it to be and easy to access. There were good instructions so I wasn't as uneasy about having my ticket for showtime
We recently purchased tickets online not realizing it was not the exact site we were to use. Our tickets were non-refundable. When we realized our mistake we were very upset reading all the negative comments. We thought we had been scammed. We contacted the venue and they assured us that our ticket numbers were correct and should be valid but we did pay more for them than we had to. That was the down side. Before ordering tickets here make sure you could buy them from the venue first.
The show was great but it was frustrating that you can only see the available Rows but no specific seat numbers. It doesn't make sense that we cannoy see the available seats before ticketing. Hope it improves
Was pouring pretty hard, didn't get to see the actual band i bought the tickets for. They canceled the rest of the event before they played due to thunder and lightning close by

I should not have purchased tickets through this site. Not only was I severely overcharged, I barely got my tickets in time and was stuck in limbo waiting to see if I actually would get tickets. I had family members traveling in town for the event. Apparently, it is the MO of this company to not only charges too much for the tickets, but to also withhold delivering them until you are out of the possible refund window. On top of this, the tickets that I eventually got were not even the ones that I purchased in my original email, they were further from the stage.
Do not want to set up account because the password was not retained. It was not easy to purchase a ticket for a specific location. Could not stay logged in! Had to get code at the venue!
I own that I wasn't paying close attention, I have a toddler and have my own business and was in a rush, so part of this is on me. But when I searched for tickets and put the venue name in the search and this is what popped up that wasn't under "sponsored" at the top of the page, I selected it. I later discovered my tickets were 3x the original amount for a local theater show that wasn't sold out or in high demand so there was absolutely NO justification for ripping people off like that. I only found this out because your barcode wouldn't scan so I went to the box office who then told me the name of the person who originally bought them when they couldn't find my name in their system. I hope she had fun with all the extra cash she got off of me and that you have fun scamming people who just want to support the arts and work hard to do so.
The concert was amazing! BZ was electric! I was alone and felt very secure at CMAC due to great security and NY State Police. The venue itself was very comfortable and easy to see stage well!

Very negative experience with this website. Don't ever buy tickets here! They ask 3 times the ticket price. When you call them - angry - you can wait for half an hour. Eventually they refunded 49 dollars which felt like an insult (paid 130 dollars too much).

Because your site overrides the website I was trying to reach, I paid $102. For a $25 ticket. I feel embarrassed that I wasn't smart enough to see that it was a 3rd party site. But the audacity of your company to trick people into buying tix from you at a 300% mark up. Your company is a bottom feeder. And I just hope someone reads this review and decides to contact the venues directly. If you were a performer on stage you'd be booed off! Have a nice day on your pile of money.
All good, I had no difficulty. Just uneasy about where are my tickets. This is expensive for me. Now I have to do this in order to get my tickets/ That is one star less.
