It was lovely, We had no real idea what to expect. There was plenty of parking. The seating was a bit of a mess with some sections over sold.

The girl in the box office could find no record of my purchase which was in excess of $130.00. She said that sometimes they are unable to pull up tickets which are purchased through AXES(or whatever it is). Fortunately I also bought the insurance for 15.50 for 2 tickets. I'm expecting to be reimbursed. We even gave her the confirmation number. This was our first concert at the Bandshell and I even set up an account so our next purchase will be easier…however there probably won't be a next time. Very upsetting. We bought 2 more tickets for $15 and sat through the rain for awhile. The band was very good. I can't afford to lose $130 and hope you will make it right. Gretchen Gray
Total scam. You make people believe they are on the actual venues site until after purchase it complete. When reaching out to venue information does not match because you are reselling tickets at more than double venue site pricing.
You sold a scam. Tickets at the door of the event were $30 bucks. We purchased tickets for a table with seats and there were only GA standing tickets offered at the event, no tables or seats. Your tickets were sold to us at $75 a ticket for a seat and table, plus the service fees. I paid a total of $180 for something that I did not receive. Tickets alone without the seats and table that did not exist should have been $60. I need a full refund for this scam immediately. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
Loved it! Got there in the morning, we were directed to a pleasant spot near the gate for my disabled friend. It was an easy access for him and manageable for me. A great day fir all, not to hot but just right.
This website is a scam. There were way cheaper tickets available directly from the venue. The tickets should be refundable but it looks like they do not let you cancel or get a refund whatsoever.

I ordered Zach Top tickets at the Appalachian fair and I paid $191 for them including protection over my tickets. When I got to the gate y'all had only sent me the GA tickets. That cost $10! I overpaid $171 for GA tickets and I didn't even get to go into the gate to watch what I paid for. NO ONE USE THIS BUSINESS! I bet they're going to remove the bad review as well so yall watch out.
It was great just wished the tickets were sent differently to my email, it took me two days to find the email with my purchased tickets because they were sent under a name I did not recognize lol I was hoping it wasn't a scam email.
You bumped your google listing, jacked up the price, which I get. I'm not dumb, you need to make money. But $50 on a 12.40 ticket is screwed up. Went to the site by mistake, and won't make that mistake again. Expensive lesson learned, and will share anytime tickets online come up in a conversation til I die.
I purchased four tickets to a AA Reading Philly baseball game paying $53 per ticket. When I printed the tickets I saw the price $13 on the ticket itself. The ticket service charged me so much money for the rodeo tickets. I can't believe how stupid the charge was... not getting how much they were charging until after the purchase was made. $18 dollar tickets costs me $50 each.
