When I call I do not want to talk to call center people who are doing nothing but reading the same web page as I am. I want them to know the product or at least offer the option of speaking to someone in the store. It sounds like they are trained to make reading a web page sound like you "know" the product. I have a very different experience with Backcountry. Still, I appreciate the pricing and overall a good place to shop.
