I've used evo numerous amounts of time to get my snowboarding gear and snowboards! Can't beat the price nor the experience; customer service is great and the deals you get are pretty good.

Despite the advertisement saying these skis still had life, they showed up delaminated and worthless :( I'd saved up all my money for these and now I don't have skis for the winter.
Perfect condition and relatively affordable
This is the second time I've bought skis and hear from evo. The service is quick, inexpensive and fast. Ordered to delivery in less than a week. This last pair I bought were premounted so basically plug and play. Just get the bindings checked for my weight and boot calibration. So not having to get them mounted and then go through the whole process
I recommend using EVO FOR ALL YOUR GEAR IN SKIING!
I really enjoyed my first backcountry session on this board. The package that Evo put together is great. Absolutely love R&D gear but the bindings are a little snug getting on and off but still amazing overall for the ride and transition. The board rode great in the powder and very happy overall.

For my first time shopping on EVO was a great experience. The info on the site helped me to purchase skis and boots perfectly. The sizes and descriptions were accurate and the products are perfect.
Processing gift cards should not be this difficult. The fact that you can't even pick the date when an e gift cards sent is ridiculous.
Evo does not have individual tracking numbers. You will not receive any shipping updates or notifications, and excuses from staff.
I ordered skis and bindings in the first week of December. I got a single email confirming my order saying it would be ready for pick-up in 3-5 days. After 6 days, I called evo and was informed the package was "on the way" but they had no idea where it was. Literally 20 minutes later, I got an email saying my order was ready for pick-up.
I called the store, gave them my order number, and asked specifically if they could mount the bindings to the skis. They said yes.
I went in, and was told only my bindings were delivered. I asked where my skis were and again, was informed they did not know (these are $600 brand new skis). I was then told to take my bindings because it was a "pain" to check them back into the system.
After another week, I called customer service where they AGAIN told me they did not know where my skis were, but they were on the way. This is when I was informed evo does NOT use tracking. After going back and forth for over an hour, I was told my skis were ready for pick up.
They then informed me that they did not know what happened to my skis--maybe an employee sold them, maybe they were given away.
If I had not practically harassed evo, I would still be waiting for skis that were never "on the way."
Be better, track your EXPENSIVE product like everyone else!
The Rossignol jacket fits me well and looks good. It's not too bulky and is probably best for cool-but-not-cold days. I'm 5' 8" and 175 lbs, and the size large is just the right size.
I bought the Stio Credentials jacket, because it had a good sale and in the description it said it was Goretex. When the jacket arrived I realized it wasn't. The only sensible return option was for me to drop it off in a store. Luckily I was flying out of Denver and I found a store there.
I paid for express shipping, which cost 30 dollars when I entered my unit number and 24 without the unit number. Contacted support for a reason and got pretty much no help.
I have bought several items from Evo and they have never failed me. Communication is quick and timely, shipping is on time and product arrives in great condition. I'd say one thing you have to do is make sure you do the research and know what you are buying as they have a huge selection and some items are not this years model and another example is I bought my wife what were supposed to be beginner cross country Skis and turned out to be beginner skate skis which are definitely not something for a beginner Nordic skier who just wants to get some exercise! They were beginner, but not what I needed. Totally my fault but do your research and good deals to be found!
Worked with Wes to get my wife set up with new gear (beginner skier). Wes was awesome, knowledgeable, willing and able to answer her questions (and mine), and wasn't in a hurry or pushy with recommendations.
Purchased a ski-jacket over 2 weeks ago. Item STILL in transit, customer service just apologizes and does nothing beyond. No refund, or compensate for lateness mentioned. Next time I'll just stick to REI.
Maybe you should verify that my order has been received before asking for a review. So far, no explanation from FedEx as to where my order is!
Great experience overall, got an amazing price for some clearance skis and the quality was absolutely perfect upon arrival. Delivery came a couple days early even though I am all the way across the country.
